The suit is too small and I need to return it for a refund. Please tell me what I need to do to return it.

Shipping took longer than I hoped and then the suits didn't fit well at all. I went by the sizing charts. Return shipping seems cumbersome and is at the buyers cost so I haven't done that.

Bathing suits are too small. Customer service takes several days to respond and when they do they are bound and determined to not accept returns. They keep trying to offer partial credit or a coupon for future purchase. They will not give me a return address beyond city and state which is not useful.
I want my full credit. Have filed a dispute with my bank. Never again.

I read free returns. I received the order on 7/3. I wanted to return the order. Because I didn't like it. I am still arguing with customer service. They told me I had to pay for my shipping return. I was offered a 30% refund. Still haven't heard back. I am still jumping through hoops to get a partial refund. 10 days later. This has been a horrible experience and I would tell everyone no to use them.

It took your company 8 days to tell me they couldn't express ship to my address. I had to reach out asking for tracking information only to be told it isn't possible. So I then provided another address for delivery where I was going on holiday for them to reply 4 days later & ask for an address again. So, 12 days after I ordered a huge express order, it still hasn't left for delivery. It was supposed to have arrived already. The customer service I received was horrendous with the worst communication I've ever dealt with. I am a business owner & appalled at how I was dismissed. This was devastating & I literally didn't have a bathing suit for my holiday. I am still so upset. PLUS I still have NOT received my refund.

Lot's of choice, sizing was perfect and I kept all 6 swimsuits i ordered!

The swimsuits are amazing and totally made up for my terrible experience with the shipping. Their customer service is super polite and friendly but they failed to respond writing the guranteed 24 hours from the site. Thankfully, when customer service finally reached out, they were super polite! I paid for express shipping and the suits arrived a week late fespite paying for express. To add insult, the delivery service refused to come to my home and I had to drive 45 minutes to their storage facility to pick up the order. I understand the shipping company's behavior is not a reflection of meet.curve but the whole experience made my expectations for these swimsuits very high. The suits did not dissapoint!

I ordered 4 suits. I was apprehensive about shipping time, and receiving the products at all. Shipping time was acceptable, such as one would expect for international shipping: about 10 days. I ordered 3 suits in one size, and a 4th in another (larger) size. Size guide is helpful. Indeed, the larger suit follows suit with the sizing, however, still wearable, comfortable, flattering. The 3 suits of one size all fit my body, but there is a little inconsistency in overall length. I would have preferred the suits to have more control in the liners, but overall, I am satisfied with the fit, the cut, and feel like items arrived as pictured & described. The suits are pretty, flattering, comfortable. I would likely order again. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Good range of swim suits. I recently wore it almost everyday for about 10 days on holiday. I'm not sure the suit is going to last very long though - some of the stitching is coming undone around the clasp area. But it was quite good value so I'm not too bothered.

The fringe bottoms was kinda disappointing. The fringe strings keep falling even if you just shake it they fall off. As soon as I took it out of the package a lot were already off in the package. The top I ordered was perfect!

It was fine. I like the suit a lot but it could be a little longer in the torso & support my chest better. Overall I like it & I plan to wear it.
