I ordered several items from Meet.Curve, and the clothing was good quality and matched the descriptions online. Unfortunately, a couple of the items did not fit well, and I needed to return them. I provided all of the necessary details in my initial email to set up a return, following the company's return policy posted on their website. I received several emails over a two-week period from customer service, but all responses from the customer service department seemed to be attempts to negotiate a way around the company's posted return policy. This felt like an effort to draw out the return process past 15 days so the full refund was no longer an option.
I don't know what else to say other than I'm very disappointed with Meet.Curve's customer service and will not be recommending this store to anyone I know. The products I purchased are great items, and I wish they fit better so I could keep them.

I bought 2 bathing suits. (Plaid shipping as well since the price still came out cheaper than one average plus size bathing suit. They took very long to arrive with tracking information that wasn't working. (Even though it was Fed Ex) when I inquired, I coincidentally received the suits 2 days later and only after I got them did I receive an answer to my inquiry.
The quality of the suits are quite decent. Especially for the price.
One fits very well, the other has no breast supports even though it's a plus size bathing suit. So I look like a squished sausage.
I'd have to pay shipping for the return so it's not worth doing so.
Let me know if anyone wants a suit that doesn't fit well.
However the one that fits is very nice and I like it a lot.
Bottom line, if you like playing roulette with what you buy, have a go at it.
I purchased 4 swimsuits not knowing how they would fit or which I would like best. I decided to keep one and return the rest. However, once you tell them you want to return items they ghost you. I got one email stating that they wanted me to keep the items in exchange for a small discount. I have emailed their customer service over 5 times without a response. They simply do not allow for returns or refunds even though their website says they do. Had I known the hassle this would be I would have never purchased from them in the first place. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
To offer your customers pennies on the dollar for items that they are not satisfied with is not an acceptable business practice.
Swimsuits and swimdresses are beautiful (the colors, the styles) and of really good qualitymaterial and stitching). I was truly surprised with the quality. They also fit really well. I am super happy with my purchases. Will buy again and recommend to my friends.

Swimsuit shipping is hard. I've never tried to buy one online before. I had super low expectations and expected that I would be sending it back. Nope! It's so cute, fits great, and I love it!

I ordered 2 sizes of a bathing suit because I wasn't sure what size would fit and the return policy stated that items could be returned within 15 days. I still have not been able to return the suit that does fit because Meet Curve will not disclose the return address. They keep offering random sums of money for me to keep the bathing suit that doesn't fit. No where in their return policy does it say that returned items won't be refunded for the full amount once returned. The return policy is a scam and I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. I also disputed the charge with my bank as fraudulent.
I can't get anyone to respond to emails in order to return two of the three items I purchased.
I've been trying unsuccessfully to return some items. Since I inquired on how to make a return on June 28,2023, I've had a ticket number created, and have emailed back and forth, but to no avail has anyone gotten back to me on how to complete my return.
