The swimsuits were decent but the return process is a joke.

Purchased two different size swim suits. One didn't fit but other did fit okay. Shipping was a little too long and swimsuit gets damaged easily.

When held up fairly obvious unlikely to fit as body length very short. Pulled on without enthusiasm, good thick material but flattened boobs to chest, my size 12 daughter tried it on, the bust fit her! The rest obviously too large. Then came to attempt return. After scrolling through three emails worth of small print found minute returns link. Returns only possible for 15 days and you have to email to get permission then pay return fee. Although orfered from UK company ( according to site) came from China...not holding my breath on permission to return and postage price!

I did everything according to their return policy to return some of the product and it took a LOT of communication and threatening on my end to get the company to honor their own policy. Would not recommend.

Be very careful what you order; read very thoroughly. Items appear as sets but may not be. Some are sold separately but that's not always clear and then when you go to buy the matching piece, you can't get your size.

Customer service is not very responsive either.

The suit is adorable, but the top runs small. The shipping is extremely pricey for how long it takes.

I bought $200 worth of product which I received. Nothing fit and the company won't give me an address to return the product for a full refund. They are offering $50 and for me to keep the product that doesn't fit. That is not what their return policy states.

I had three items from my order that I wanted to return as they didn't fit me well and I have been going back and forth with customer service trying to return them and get a refund. They refuse to give me the return address and keep trying to give me a small portion of my money back instead of a full refund! I am still waiting on an answer from them. I will never buy from this site again and won't recommend to anyone! I will be posting on social media to warn everyone against buying. I'm so disappointed because everything looked so cute. You should really treat your customers better.

Customer service is horrible! Their website indicates they accept returns as long as the product is in original form, not damaged and has the tag still on it. When I tried to make a return, they try and negotiate with you.

Great products and easy shopping experience, just very slow shipping

I ordered four bathing suits. They all looked and felt awesome, but there was one with underwater already breaking through the cup.

The suits are very cute, but maybe a bit small for sizing. I also was surprised that not all the tops came with bottoms. I thought they were a matched set.
