I've done everything this company has asked and they keep offering me partial discounts and coupons instead of the authorization and address to return the items for my refund.

Ordered five suits and all were very cute, but decided to only keep one since I'm in my 2nd trimester and four of the suits don't have "stretch" as the bump grows (which is great if not pregnant). Great colors!
I liked several of the items I ordered but needed to return a few as well. Followed the instructions on asking for a return. E-mailed 3 different times. Never got a response. Only have 15 days to return so deadline conveniently met. I'm stuck paying for several items that I can't wear.

I never got my order and tried contacting customer service. I got a response in broken English from an agent named "Karen" who talked in circles and never solved my issue. I just got a final email saying to click "good I'm satisfied" and "bad I'm not satisfied", but when I click on bad it takes me to a link that asks me to sign up for another app called live chat. This is a scam.
They make it possible to do a return, and all the swimsuits are horrible so you can't ever get your money back because they are running a full-blown scam. I think they are providing you a very low quality product for a hard dollar and knowing they are going to keep your money. So they don't mind giving you the low quality product because then it looks like they at least fulfilled their obligation. Which would make it hard to dispute the credit card charge. Although I will be doing so.
Appears to meet my needs and size. Products were cute, ordered bigger size than normal and they fit. Only concern was shipping but they did arrive on last day they said they would.

I finally just settled for a partial refund and was told not to ship the return item. This type of interaction and making it difficult is very discouraging to online shoppers.
I ordered a bunch of swimsuits about 9 models in two sizes because I was unsure about what size I was due to weight loss recently. I had reviewed the return policy and was ok with me having to cover shipping costs for any returns. Next day of placing my order I received a email from customer service stating that the return policy would not apply to my order because they "felt" it was a risk? Still doesn't make sense. But I emailed back right away as I was needing swimsuits for an upcoming trip. They emailed me a Tuesday early morning and I responded right away with maybe options where I could return items that didn't fit and never got a response until Sunday making it way too late for them to arrive for my trip. They were uncaring. I just had them cancel my whole order and went and spent my money somewhere else.
I've been going back and forth with customer service for 15 days trying to return items that didn't fit properly. They keep offering me a partial refund & to keep the bathing suits but they don't fit.

The products were great but the return process was an absolute nightmare. Of course people are going to need to order multiple items to see what fits and what works and to make it as difficult as it was to return the items was just ridiculous.
I received a top and bottom. Nothing wrong with them, just didn't fit as I had hoped. The return process I have been through has been awful. Customer service BARTERED with me back and forth offering me money to just keep the items. Each time I would respond with "no, I want to return and receive a refund." They would come back with the same offer asking if that would be okay. It was over a week of this, and I still was never provided with a return address. Finally, I gave up. I accepted a $17 refund to keep the items. Have I seen that $17 in my account? NO. They won. Never ever ever again and I will warn every one I know against this company.

Need to return something as they claim it is very early to return or exchange. I needed to exchange but now after several attempts to contact the company I want full refund and return two items.

You market for girls with larger chest and my bikini top I ordered was either way too small or designed for my boobs to be literally protruding out excessively and when I tried to contact you for a return, you won't return my email with information so now I'm probably past your cutoff date which is bull$#*!.
