I received a top and bottom. Nothing wrong with them, just didn't fit as I had hoped. The return process I have been through has been awful. Customer service BARTERED with me back and forth offering me money to just keep the items. Each time I would respond with "no, I want to return and receive a refund." They would come back with the same offer asking if that would be okay. It was over a week of this, and I still was never provided with a return address. Finally, I gave up. I accepted a $17 refund to keep the items. Have I seen that $17 in my account? NO. They won. Never ever ever again and I will warn every one I know against this company.

Customer service never replied my emails.
I sent 5 emails in 2 weeks. No reply.
Need to return something as they claim it is very early to return or exchange. I needed to exchange but now after several attempts to contact the company I want full refund and return two items.

You market for girls with larger chest and my bikini top I ordered was either way too small or designed for my boobs to be literally protruding out excessively and when I tried to contact you for a return, you won't return my email with information so now I'm probably past your cutoff date which is bull$#*!.

The products I ordered did not fit. When I contacted them to return them, they offered me $10 to keep a product I couldnt use. I asked numerous times to return them for a refund and they kept asking me to keep them. Then they stopped responding until I demanded a response and then they finally got back to me. A process that would normally have been taken care of instantly with any other company has now taken WEEKS with them and I still do not have my money back. HORRIBLE

I was looking for a modest and stylish swimsuit and found a one-piece black/white polka dot halter with a little skirt and ordered a large. After placing an order, I didn't receive a confirmation email for several hours, which caused me to research online and see negative reviews, so I was concerned about this company. However, the swimsuit arrived on time and fit perfectly. Thank you!

Stop sending out so many stupid surveys after purchase! I've already reviewed you and have gotten 3 surveys in less than a week since!

I bought 2 tankinis in 2 styles & 2 sizes, they both were like the pictures & good quality. However, the small size set fit well, but the larger size was too small! For the last week I have been trying to arrange a return, but customer service are very slow to respond & seem very motivated to offer a voucher instead of a return. Having discovered the items would need to be returned to the USA at my expense I will probably accept the voucher, when CS finally authorise it.

Not enough reviews or new reviews to make an informed decision about your purchases. They also screen reviews and comments. Suits arrived and were SO short, impossible to wear. Started the return process the day I received the suits and it has been a nightmare

I ordered three bathing suits and wanted to return one. It took nearly a month to be able to get a return address, then I didn't get a full refund on the swimsuit I returned! The ones I kept are great quality, but I wouldn't buy again.

After receiving my order one pair of bathes didn't fit so I wanted a full refund but all I kept getting back in an email was keep them and we will refund you this amount, two different times and no return address was given so it seemed like they didn't want to refund me the amount I paid.

Never received my order, they say it was delivered but I never received anything!

I'm disappointed shipping took so long despite paying for faster shipping. Also, I need to return a few and have emailed twice to start a return and have gotten no response.

My swimsuit met expectations. Quality and fit are good. However, the cover up was very cheaply made. It shrunk after the first wash and one of the seams ripped. I had to throw it away. Would not recommend. I also have a return but can't get customer service to send me the return address or label. They have only offered me a partial refund and said I could keep the items but I would like to return for a full refund.

On a chance, I bought 3 bathing suits for my vacation. I love them all. As a 41 y/o mom of 3, I worried about the cut on the bottoms, but they have nice coverage. The V-cut ones are lower than I usually got for (& my MIL let me know!) but I love them all!

I had a very positive interaction with meetcurve & I have received MANY compliments on my new swim suit.

They offer credit instead of returns and that was not stated earlier in the transaction.
