This is my third year ordering from this company absolutely love the bathing suits and cover ups

Material is durable and fit was amazing! Came in a timely manor. Covered In just the right areas but looks good.

Products seem ok, but one piece didn't fit. Been trying for a week to get an actual response from customer service to replace the piece. We'll see what happens.

I had to email over 10 times and was never provided return information. When I finally told them I contested the charge with the credit card company, they tried to offer me everything except a return. I would have ordered other sizes but will never support this company again.

Really happy with it. It was exactly as shown. I hate ordering off of IG but I was pleasantly surprised.

I will start off by saying I loved the suit I got. However, my experience with the customer service has left me wanting.

I purchased 2 of the same suit in different sizes because I wasn't sure which would be best. I intended to return one of them. I read the return/exchange policy carefully and knew that I had 15 days to reach out to them for the return information and return the product. I quickly reached out to them via email after receiving the suits. After a week, I emailed again as well as requested help via the chat desk. After 2 days I did hear back from them via the chat (I have yet to hear from them via the email they listen under the return/exchange policy online). The gal seemed to be very helpful at first and when I explained that I would like to return one of the suits, she wouldn't give me the return info at all, she offered a credit to my account and to keep the suits I had. That's very kind, however, I don't need two of the same suit, as I explained. And I don't want a credit, I would prefer a refund. I have not heard back from them after several days, so I don't know how this will end. But I'm getting the impression that not only are they very difficult to get a hold of (I see no # I can just call and speak with a representative), but they take a long time to return their contacts at which point the 15 days have passed and they offer you other options besides just allowing the return and refund that it says online they will allow. Do not have instructions for returns if you are not willing to uphold and abide by them when customers are trying to follow your policy.

I was worried that coming from China, it would take a very long time to arrive but it was less than a week! The two pieces i bought are high quality print, fabric, and cut. Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered pcs for my upcoming vaca. The order arrived way too late for me to be able to replace. The pcs were well made but the breast area was way too small and didnt fit right compared to the pictures. I had to email twice just to get an answer about where my order was. The site says 2 wks but it took 21 days to arrive. I am asking for a refund and even tht hasnt received a response

My overall experience with ordering has been horrible. I ordered 2 bathing suit on the 26th of June for a vacation on the 22nd of July and still haven't received anything. I reached out to the customer service multiple time and never got a true update or answer when I might receive my package. All I received was a tracking link that was alway 3 days behind. Along with every time they reminded me that it normally takes 8-14 business days when now it's been 19. Also because it never arrived I had to go buy another bathing suit for the trip.

The site is well organized and easy to use. I received my products in a reasonable amount of time.

The shopping was fine. Trying to return suits that didn't fit was a nightmare! The return window is 14 days. There was no way to return them because there was no return address, labels, info. When I contacted the company, they refused to give me return info and offered me a refund of 1/2 what I paid. After exchanging 10 emails, I took their less-than-full refund offer. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY!

I have been emailing for one week trying to get the return address and label to return my items with no success!

Lots of styles to choose from. Site was easy to use. Sizing guide was close. Quality was good. Shipping was quicker than indicated.

The ordering process went well but it took forever to get here. The customer service was amazing though they called and then my package finally moved. I love my suits and super happy to get to wear them on my trip.

I've done everything this company has asked and they keep offering me partial discounts and coupons instead of the authorization and address to return the items for my refund.

I ordered four swimsuits in my size and none of them fit. They were all too short for my body (I'm only 5'4") so now I have to go through the hassle of returning them all.
