Disappointed need to return but never got response

I have tried to contact customer service multiple times for a return and have yet to receive a response. When I called, they told me I had to submit a return request via email. Two emails in a 7 day period, and still no response.

I received my swim top, super cute, fits great. BUT, I didn't receive the little shorts that go under it. So I had to find something similar at my expense.

The Bathing suit styles were super cute, but for big busted women they don't provide great support.

On site, said 5-8 for delivery. My order took 3 weeks to come. It takes 24+ hours for correspondence. Have returns now and now waiting on return instructions, it's been 3 days. Require returns within 15 days-I'm getting concerned I won't get my money back for my return now.

Besides a long delivery the pinstripe bikini top arrived with a hole in it. I have reached out to customer service and have not received a response.

These suits run very small. I'd have to go two sizes above my usual size in order to get them to fit. Quality seems ok for the price just really disappointed in the sizing. Also, it took about 3 weeks to get my order.

I ordered a suit that was listed under their bathing suit sets. When it arrived, it was only the top. I went back to the site to check and it was listed under their sets but was only the top. I contacted the company twice and did not receive any response back. I was very disappointed.

Ordering process seemed pretty standard, received after 2weeks - item wasn't exactly like the picture in the design and fit was a bit weird. However, read the TCs of returning the item on the date of delivery. Nearly 2 weeks later no reply, no return details, no response, no advice. Suddenly it seems Meet.Curve is good for shipping orders and taking consumer money but not for refunds and returns. If consumers have had a great experience with this so called company good for you!, I feel there is more negatives than positives. I will not be adding my order number or pictures - I have emailed at least 12times already. Please stop pretending you are a viable company with good customer service because you are not.

This company is a scam. They have no integrity. Returns are impossible.

Great quality for the price. I found the sizing in the bottoms were more generous than the tops but that would depend on where your curves are ;)

Fits true to size. Price reflects quality so set expectations accordingly. Overall happy with my purchase.

My shopping experience was great! I had a hard time choosing just a few. Shipping took longer than I expected. The three suits I purchased were beautiful and great quality. I have a longer torso so the one pieces were a little more snug or short than I'd like. The two piece was great though.

Wanted to return and exchange, so many emails, finally accepted a partial refund, but still waiting!

This is my third year ordering from this company absolutely love the bathing suits and cover ups
