Be smart and be aware of this company. It all looks fabulous until you get your items and they don't fit and you want to return them. There's no phone number to call and they do not respond quickly to any email messages. When they do respond, they want brutal descriptions of what doesn't work and antagonize you about what they're going to give you for any refund at all. After you have exhausted yourself with multiple days of emailing back-and-forth, they will offer you a fraction of the value of the items that you want to return And when you don't accept it, they'll carry on even more. Simply stay away from this company and patronize someone who actually has customer service and a return policy!
None of my suits fit, so I tried to return them. I STILL don't have a return address after several emails back and forth. And they take forever to respond. It's super frustrating! So just know if you do order from them you WONT be able to return anything and get a refund.
Even if you measure yourself and follow the size chart it doesn't mean the suit will fit you. Returning it is a nightmare. First they will try and give you less then 50% of what you paid for then after going back and forth with then they'll finally offer you 75%. I personally mailed it back to them to get my full refund, and now after emailing them 2 days after it being delivered the said that my refund will be issued in 15 days and if it's not issued after 30 days to contact them again so they can review it... this is added stress that no one needs. Don't not buy through this company, your better off going to Amazon as they would never Hassel you this much for something that doesn't fit.
I ordered over 1000$ worth of swimwear for the first vacation we are taking in 5 years. I ordered it a month ago and need it by the time we leave next week. I had a miscarriage and gained a lot of weight over the past year and have nothing to wear at the beach. The company emailed me today telling me my « order was too large » and demanding I explain why I need my order? Then I asked if there's anyway they can get it to me in time and they said to just cancel my order all together. I'm so upset and now panicking about finding myself swim wear. Absolutely abhorrent of the company! Unethical and despicable.
I placed an order but was contacted the following week to say that as I have too many items they wouldn't accept returns from it.
I have issues with sizing and it's so important to get it right with swimwear. I ordered about 10 things (some individual tops and bottoms) and i was aiming to keep 3 sets if they fitted. Customer services contacted me to say that I couldn't return the items unless I ordered fewer.
This went back and forth as there is no mention of this on their website and customer services weren't listening to the points I raised. They're also clearly not UK based as is implied, or certainly the person I was speaking to wasn't. Currently waiting on a refund.

I will not be ordering from this sight again and have advised others not to also. When a customer requests a refund for an item that is miss advertised the customer should receive a FULL refund.
Poorly made. Didn't even get to wear it before it has the wire poking out. Washed once as per instructions and the wire came out. The 15days had passed and meet curve are refusing to replace the faulty product. Absolutely disgusted in the poor customer service. A faulty product should be replaced!
Going on three months and numerous emails and follow ups. Returned and item for a full refund, except the refund never came. I was told it could take up to a month for the refund to be issued. So I waited a month. Then followed up to be told the refund was rejected by their finance department and that they will try to re-issue. Then that refund was rejected. Now I'm stuck in a loop of follow up emails that tell me not to worry that they will get it taken care of.
I returned my items per their policy and description in August 2023. They confirmed they received my return and they would refund me in 5-15 business days. They did not refund my $153 (I also had to pay for return shipping, which is fine, but I am out that much extra money now as they did not refund me for the products I returned). I email them almost daily and here we are December 5,2023 and still no refund, just excuses about the finance department. They are scammers and do not uphold their return/exchange policy on their website. They owe me for the items I returned to them. I would not recommend to buy from. 0 stars.
I did not like the fit of the garments I purchased. The only information on Meet Curve's website about returns is to contact them to request a return, which I did. I then spent days in correspondence with them to get the return information. First they offered me $19 (of a $70 purchase) to keep the items and not send them back. Then it was $35. When I assured them I wanted all of my money back and to return the items, I was then given instructions to photograph the items (showing the "crotch sticker" still in place), and if the photos met with their approval, then I would be given an address to send the items to. They require shipping with a tracking number, which I did, and I was notified when my item was received. Their email stated it would take 3-15 days to receive a refund. After 15 days I contacted them to ask where my refund was. I was told they would research it and I had the refund later that day. Meet Curve made returning nearly impossible, providing multiple hurdles along the way, and only issued the refund after I followed up. I will not do business with them again, nor do I think anyone else should.
The return process has taken me over 2 months now and I am still waiting to receive my refund. They have had my return in their possession for 2 months now and they claim I am to wait a possible 6 weeks for receiving my money back. That is pathetic. I am highly dissatisfied.
Options are nice, cute swimsuits but order took a long time to arrive. And forget about returning or exchanging any items, they really give you the runaround. It's also not easy, you have to email them to request a return/refund.
I was excited to try some lovely swimwear I found on MeetCurve. Unfortunately, the styles I selected (2) both did not quite fit right (the torsos were too short and gave me what I will refer to as a 'reverse wedgie'). Returns were a nightmare. I originally paid for express post as I needed the swimwear for a particular date. When the fit was wrong, it would have cost me an additional $36 to return the items to the States. I was offered a gift card to be used on a future order (I had not plans to order more products), or a partial refund of $28 on an order over $100. I was able to negotiate more of a refund in exchange for gifting the products to a friend. Overall, the communication was quite good, but they do need to review their returns policy.
I ordered the black swim shirts which by the photo on Facebook they are black but all black. The ones I received have a white stripe down the side. These will look strange with my swimmers and out of place. They were described as swim shorts but they honestly won't go with my swimmers.
When I contacted the company I spoke with Karen and she was a very pleasant helpful lady. She sorted out my problem immediately with no issues.
Bought an xxl thinking I'd go a size up but it was to small would fit a short person I'm average height other than that material was really nice good quality
I bought 2 pair of swimmers both size XL. One fits and the other is like 2 sizes to small. Inconsistent sizing is so frustrating. I want be buying from this site again.
Bought a dress that looked amazing in photos, not so much in person. Beware returns are only 15 days so by the time you actually get the item your time is very limited, if any. Customer service is poor

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They ignore customers with a very short return window, give them ambiguous information and piss them off in hopes they eventually give into to their absurd requests just to get SOME money back. That people should just be thankful they're getting a partial refund. They would not provide me with the return address, which I'm sure actually doesn't exist. All the info I got was Secaucus NJ. Then they tried to convince me that it would be too much for me to ship my items back and too much of a hassle. I wanted to keep one item, then was initially offered a $56 refund when I spent over $200 and told to keep the items. I don't want them, they don't fit. I told them multiple times I wanted a full refund and I would pay the shipping to give them the items back after reading more review I decided to play along with their game. I knew if I sent the package to their random address they would claim they never received it, and I would be out all the money. They eventually offered me $120 & I took it. How they get this number and can justify it is beyond me. They are liars & robbers. Legitimate businesses do not operate this way. Their "customer service" is horrendous. Their return policy is a joke. The information posted on their website is a lie. They limit how people can leave comments and review online and very little info is posted about the company. They are lying to people, mistreating them and then robbing them.
