Bought a dress that looked amazing in photos, not so much in person. Beware returns are only 15 days so by the time you actually get the item your time is very limited, if any. Customer service is poor

Sizing is off, there is no bust support in the swimsuits at all, photos don't look like the products.
This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They ignore customers with a very short return window, give them ambiguous information and piss them off in hopes they eventually give into to their absurd requests just to get SOME money back. That people should just be thankful they're getting a partial refund. They would not provide me with the return address, which I'm sure actually doesn't exist. All the info I got was Secaucus NJ. Then they tried to convince me that it would be too much for me to ship my items back and too much of a hassle. I wanted to keep one item, then was initially offered a $56 refund when I spent over $200 and told to keep the items. I don't want them, they don't fit. I told them multiple times I wanted a full refund and I would pay the shipping to give them the items back after reading more review I decided to play along with their game. I knew if I sent the package to their random address they would claim they never received it, and I would be out all the money. They eventually offered me $120 & I took it. How they get this number and can justify it is beyond me. They are liars & robbers. Legitimate businesses do not operate this way. Their "customer service" is horrendous. Their return policy is a joke. The information posted on their website is a lie. They limit how people can leave comments and review online and very little info is posted about the company. They are lying to people, mistreating them and then robbing them.
This company is criminal.

Definitely get what you pay for here. Sizes run small for some things, perfect for others. Quality of the garments was average. Took too long to get to me and tracking was unavailable. It's hard enough finding swimwear to fit at an affordable price so I took a chance to save my wallet. Next time I'll make the investment.

I ordered a swimsuit (3 in fact) all were incorrectly advertised and I had to return. When you contact you get a pre written response where they "negotiate" a refund amount. Starting with about 35% of the order price as returning would cost an arm and a leg. By the way they advertised as being Australia based and sent the item from an Australian warehouse, but when returning US was the only option. After declining 35% and complaining the offer was upped to 50, then 70% then 80%. In the end I pushed for about 87% and gave in. Then the automated responses about refunds started. "Please allow 3-15 days", "apologies there might be delays". 15 days on... And you enquire. The same automated responses started again... And they never stop. You will never get a refund.

None of the sizing matched what was in the sizing charts so I wanted to refund the unworn purchases. It took so many emails back and forth to get an address to mail back. They offered me to keep it for $33, then a $60 credit... i asked for my money back over $100 and the address every time. Finally i got return instructions. Sent package back with tracking. They confirmed they received, however it has been over a month since the item was returned to their possession and still no refund. Frustrating customer service. Such a scam.
