I'm disappointed. Although the quality of both bathing suits is good, the suits are both 1X, however, fit around two sizes different. The one suit is so small I couldn't fit it over my hips. It would cost me a third the price to ship it back. So I will keep it and hope to lose weight to fit it. If not, I'll resell.

I ordered four pieces according to my measurements and the sizing chart. I opened my package and could tell immediately that they would not fit. I requested to return my items and for a refund. Their first offer was they wanted me to keep the items and issue me store credit. I looked on the website for something else I may want, but found nothing. They then wanted to offer me $21 for me to keep the items. I got frustrated and just picked two pieces so it could be over.

Good until I tried to put in a different billing address for my credit card as I was shipping to a different location. Rather frustrating, but I think I finally got it.
When I tried to use Google pay it did not work. But when I got the suits, they fit very well and I loved them all.
I absolutely love these suits. I love the nice support it gives and all the selections. I actually ordered two suits. Was too big so I opted to return it. Customer service was awesome they decided to let me keep the suit and give me a full store credit in which I purchased a second suit. I'm 100% satisfied with this company and its customer service will definitely shop there again

The swimsuits are very short in the body. And I am short waisted so this doesn't make any sense. I emailed the company to request a return in line with their return policy. Customer service takes a long time to reply. When they do, it's all bargaining, and attempting to get you to keep the purchase and exchange for a fraction of the initial cost. Will never order again.
Easy to navigate and the Returns was easy and staff helpful
They give you the run around. They take your money so fast but when you are trying to return the stuff or get a refund they tell you to keep the stuff and want to issue you a discount code to use and they only want to do partial refunds. You cant talk to anyone and the chat is all kinds of hours and they play dumb with you when asking questions. I have been going back and forward with them since march 28th til now and still no progress.
Site said free returns. I needed to return one item. Had to email company. Rep just kept asking why I wanted to return it. Refused to send me return label. Offered me to keep item with gift card. I wrote back I wanted to return in full. Then they offered me 7.00 back and to keep item. I refused. Next they emailed they would give me 16.00 and to keep item. Said no. Then they wrote me saying no longer offer free returns and I have to pay for return. Scam!
It's supposed to be a US company. In fact, it's all made in China. Customer service, always the same and only KAREN, certainly uses typically Chinese scripts. I have not received my swimsuits order in time for my Vacation and spent a good deal of time trying to get some service as the package was supposed to get to Canada while I was away. She offered 36$ and keep the items I had not received, then 80$, then a gift order of the amount of my not yet arrived order to be applied to the next, etc. I'm ve asked for a simple return/refund once I would be back to Canada. There is NO such thing. She drags on from email to emails... I've carefully read their policy which states that the return has to be made within 2 weeks after the arrival of the order or else NO RETURN/NO REFUND. Nowhere is the return address indicated :( One needs an authorization number to return the order or else NO REFUND. They try their best to have you NOT return the order, hence NO REFUND. As time passes by, you realized you have been trapped by yet another scheming, dishonest Chinese company. My vacation has been wasted in part because of Meet Curve. To this day ( March 16th), I have yet to received the said order. Conclusion: DO NOT WASTE MONEY, TIME, AND SANITY buying from this company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
