Ordered Glucerna with Carb steady for my brother who takes this as his sole nutrient tube feeding. Chose this online site since the prices are best for this specific food.

First time I ordered it took like a week for them to ship out out boxes of food. This isn't the worst I guess but compared to ordering abbottnutrion and Medline, usually ship out at most, a day later. Second time I ordered, I ordered 4 boxes and they only sent three. Appearantly their system only registered an order for three boxes, despite my order confirmation/receipt being for four boxes. This caused another big delay for receiving tube feeding. These boxes are expensive usually $90-100.
Now I think it might be a good site for anyone who needs Glucerna and can order more than 2 week supply of food, but for my family this would be simply unaffordable and having to order more than a week in advance to make sure we receive the order in time.

I wrote a couple days ago regarding the status of my order. I don't have any way to view my tracking because all it gives you is a QR code, and you need a smart phone for that. It would be nice if there was actual tracking info listed on my order page. It also said I would receive an e-mail when my order shipped; there never was one.

Delivery could have been a little faster, but over all a good buying experience. One of the few places I could find the Coaguchek INR PT strips. Good price. I will order with you again.e

If you don't need things in a hurry it is fine. I had to wait longer than I had anticipated.

Not as satisfied with the product as it tends to bleed colors together so need to be careful in reading result.
