My experience was poor. I ordered a few items and waited 3 business days for tracking information. I sent an email requesting tracking it was ignored. I contacted my credit card compony the next day and received a refund since there was zero response. I was going to order elsewhere. The following day the order shows up no tracking no response. Surprising this level of customer service exist today it was annoying and now I am trying to get this company to send me an invoice so I can pay for this order. Could of been a good experience with a tiny bit of customer service and a modern system to provide order processing information.

Had what i was looking for, in stock, but processing and notification severly delayed. Shipping information shoud not require a 3rd party app. Webside information is at least there but not synced with acutal product movement.
