I'm on blood thinners and I need to check my INR more often than twice a week ordering the INR strips through medcart is amazing. You don't need a doctors note now I can check my INR as often I need to, with the strips.

I placed an order 12 days ago. Delivery promised in 3-5 business days. I have not received my order or notice that it has shipped. Phone calls always go to voicemail. Numerous voicemails, emails, chat messages, no reply. Cancelling PayPal payment. Never doing business with them again.

Poor tracking and customer service

My experience was poor. I ordered a few items and waited 3 business days for tracking information. I sent an email requesting tracking it was ignored. I contacted my credit card compony the next day and received a refund since there was zero response. I was going to order elsewhere. The following day the order shows up no tracking no response. Surprising this level of customer service exist today it was annoying and now I am trying to get this company to send me an invoice so I can pay for this order. Could of been a good experience with a tiny bit of customer service and a modern system to provide order processing information.
