I received my PS5 and controller a day early (always a plus) which is good as MDG was the only place that had them in stock. The device is new, and showed signs of inspection before it was sent to me which was a plus. I say inspection as the seal was broken and box was opened however it was clearly unused lol. The same applies to the Crimson Red controller I got with the console.
It was a bit daunting at first to setup the account, however after doing so I was contacted by Sue L my account rep. She was extremely polite, friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any issues I had along with questions I had.
Finally looking at the terms, sure it's 79 payments HOWEVER if you pay the cost within a year, they refund the interest so instead of paying 2600 for the console etc it's only a matter of paying 16, which is still a tad more expensive but is worth it to an extent as they report to the credit bureaus and seem to incentivise paying early/reusing their service.
Overall (despite what I had heard in the past) 10/10 experience and business.

I bought a Microsoft Surfce Duo 2 months ago. Phone was great at first. Last night, it did an update from Microsoft. Today I have not been able to connect to any data. I called my carrier and we tried to troubleshoot the phone with no results. I called MDG and was told that I was covered under warranty for a year from the date I purchased it. I was given several different numbers to call in which there was no way to speak to someone, just to go online to a paid site to get assistance. I had to call MDG several times in order to get yet another number to call. This number I did manage to get someone. This person at Microsoft told me that I was not under warranty for a year and that he would have to issue me a refurbished phone. When I explained that the phone I had was a brand new out-of-the-box phone, he did not care. I called MDG back with the case number liked they asked as was hung up on several times before I got someone that actually took the case number. Then I was told that I had to send him pictures and video of the phone not connecting to the internet. I explained to him that I didn't understand how I was expected to pay for a brand new phone that didn't work to no fault of my own. "It's the procedure", was his reply. I asked if I could just send the phone back and they keep the money that I had already paid and I would not have to pay for it anymore. The response was that they did not accept mailing returns. Now I am stuck with a phone that will not do internet. Customer service is extremely poor. Do Not buy a phone from them!

My sister was buying me a scooter these guy led her on ţtook her money and right before the was about to ship her order the did a security check the lady was mean and rude my sister needs help she is got learning disability so me and my mom help her with her finances my mom was helping her with it and they told her nevermind and hung up on her put my sister in tears im so angry this was the lowest thing u can do to a person who has disability wow mdg i will talk to someone about what we can do about this
This company has no interest in you once they take your money I paced two separate orders the first order I received a text message saying my order has shipped with Ceva transportation the gave me a bogus tracking number when I called MDG I kept getting the runaround and then someone told me that they would call me the next day and let me know about my delivery the next day MDG called they told me that my second order which was a dryer supposedly being delivered by Best Buy was getting delivered today between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. mind you they didn't even call me until after 8:00 and I was already at work they don't have a tracking number for The order they can't give me a number to call to talk to somebody about the delivery and I'm just supposed to sit around from 8:00 in the morning actually take the day off I guess so they didn't help me with my second order and they still don't know anything about the first order these people are horrible and their ability to help you is even worse

I keep getting the run around between MDG and Ceva. MDG claims my order was shipped out on 09/26/22 but here it is 10/19/22 and still no answers on when I will receive my order plus my account was hit twice for payments and I don't have my order. This is not right and someone should make this right. Plus calling Ceva is a dead end they claiming they have no record of my order.

Don't do business with mdg they are a rip off there prices are high and they charge a big delivery fee. You would be better off going to finger hut!

After many many Emails/Phone calls, not to mention making payments on a Damaged and very poor quality couch, MDG finally agreed to come pick said couch back up.
Of course with a stipulation.
It had to be boxed.
I emailed, copying multiple agents into the email that I did not have the boxes anymore as they too were damaged.
I was ignored.
Then, I get a random phone call from the Trucking Company that was to pick it up, wanting to know if it was boxed, outside, and on pallets
Yes. Pallets. The first time I even heard that part.
Because it wasn't, they did not pick it up.
Since, I managed to get it boxed and outside.
I do not have pallets nor do I know where to get any.
I have sent multiple emails as follows and I am being completely ignored. AGAIN.

In the past I've dealt with them for furniture and a TV and the experience was great. However after the c. S. b. S. dealing with loan.(hung up on twice, a I'd think twice. Day after day I am told 24 hrsr after signing all contracts 6 days ago.

These guys are a complete scam theyve been harrasing me for over a year now first time i tried with em it just seemed like too much of a hassle and second time no matter how much info they wanted they were still asking for more and then my gfs account too! I tried to get something today and got a email saying I can't get it unless I put down. 7 $29 payments for them just to ship it? Wtf on the website it only said one down-payment of $29 very upsetting because I was exited to get the thing I've been wanting it hurts to get screwed like this.

I was approved for $2500 in credit. Picked some things out and got a call from them to see if I was ready to order. Spoke with them and everything was good so I placed my order and connected my bank account so they could take out their payments. After I put in my banking account log in info and connected it I get a message saying that I'm no longer approved. I'm employed. I make decent money and I have several credit cards with good payment history. There's no reason for it to be denied. I'd be willing to bet that they have never fulfilled an order and any review that says they've had a good experience is a shill. Waiting to see if money is missing from my account in the next few weeks now

Bought something that they said was back ordered. After months of getting the go around I cancelled my order, (bought it on eBay and had it in less than a week lol) but here it is a month after I've cancelled and still haven't received a refund.

They kept calling wanting pay stubs for the last 6 months then wanted my bank statement so I sent it but marked out my account number they call me and said we need to verify your account so we need your account number um hell no you are not getting my account number for nothing that's not happening and she was like then we can't approve you well okay that's fine so stop calling and a hr later they call back and need more info like didn't I tell you to stop calling me your not getting 6 months of pay stubs I was like I sent you 30 days and your not getting my account number

Eldin (honestly all of the agents I spoke to in both service and verification departments) need better training!
As an account representative it was his responsibility to inform me of the ordering process as it stands and relates to my order while in the process of completing it. I told Eldin what my expectations were and he made no real effort to respond to my emails and/or calls to keep me abreast of what had and would occur. I had to initiate most phone calls and or emails.
My husband has NEVER experienced such poor customer service when dealing with MDG and I am extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience. Eldin failed to keep me offer any additional solutions and basically wanted to end the call before I could even inquire additional options or to see if there was anything else I could do.
Moving forward, agents need to work on knowing the actual processes prior to attempting to up sell and or do the bare minimum. I don't expect a response, nor do I want one at this point in time.
CONS:
1. Allowing spouses to have separate MDG accounts, but not allowing them to use their primary joint account.
2. Allowing me to use a separate account (that I have had for over 5+ years) only to be told it is a high risk account. They wanted several upfront payment prior to even attempting to send the product out.
3. Policy changes mid order. These potential detours should have been explained up front. I would have chosen another company to work with.
As I type this I called specifically to speak to the verification department, the gentleman immediately sent me back to service, service rep said I needed to speak to the verification department, ummmm... ma'am they just transferred me to you... she almost hung up on me until I demanded to speak to a supervisor... and I have been holding for at least 8 minutes. I am so incredibly disappointed.
Oh... they won't use the account they took the payment out of, but they took the payment first, THEN cancelled, so now they owe me a refund (which they are in the process of doing) and want 7 payments up front from my new account before they send me my order. Like what?!?!
Did speak to a supervisor. Not sure if I believe that my issue will be resolved. I don't have the best credit, which is obvious as I would not be utilizing this service if I did, but I have not had such difficulty with obtaining a product from a financing company, EVER! I think I may avoid MDG all together.
The current solution is to send my August statement from my "high risk" account and if it is "approved" then I might be able to only have to make "one payment" and get a "discount" on my order. Over it!
I hope whoever goes this route has better luck than I have. I have a migraine.

I want to get desktop to do side work on. And they gave me 3k credit I was like okay not bad. They start asking mw for paystubs date of birth my license number social security number. And the big flag was that made me give them the middle finger was them asking for my personal bank login info. Like whey the $#*! would you ask about my bank login info? And give them promotion to login? On the top of them want to sell me 2020 desktop that on the market is worth 600 but they want sell it for 950 plus interest of 35.99% when I have very good credit. I sure I am not bull$#*!ting you. That what they ask me to prove my credit and that how much they price the desktop I want.
I end up going to bestbuy and got me nice 2022 desktop for 750. And I never been that happy
