I've been dealing with them for 3 and a half years! Spent thousands with them! Ordered at least 5 different items, some were good, some were total useless crap (like mattresses) that they wouldn't take back even if unused so I had to sell it for half of what I paid for it...but all of a sudden one day I go to order "another" tv, I have more money going through my account than ever...just got a $4500 credit card too, and they won't accept me for the $1200 tv? I had the credit with them, but they wouldn't let me use it, even though in 3 and a half years I NEVER missed one single payment, I payed off everything even the crap I didn't want! Been one of their best customers, and they won't let me get the damn tv? After the thousands I spent with them? And the ridiculous costs and interest? What a joke! They are a joke! Worst company ever! Save your time and money and dignity and go ANYWHERE else but there!
I returned 3 video games on Dec 27th 2022 it is now February 13th the games where never opened or used and I am still waiting for them to adjust my bill but in the mean time I have to still make my payment twice a month just excuses from customer service.

I'm telling you right now do not waste your time with these people. It's been 3 weeks, they're already taking payments from my account and still don't have an answer weather or not I'm getting what I ordered. Hopefully you don't actually need what you buy cause it's a whole process. Email after email. Do everything they ask and still been days since hearing back, funny how that works, soon as they got my banking info the communication pretty much died. So beware of these shady people, get a Walmart card instead.

So, as you make a payment on your orders, your MDG credit limit goes up. 3 months ago my credit limit was $2000. Last month I checked on my limit and it dropped $800 and no one will give me an answer. I am now done paying off an order and the plan was to order a tv/game console package but nope...they screwed me on my limit.

On-time payments can increase your credit limit with MDG, however, as of January, you had $1350 available, which you used to buy a PlayStation 5. Therefore, your current limit is accurate. So I ordered stuff and my payment is 144 but they are reporting my payment is 65.00 a month when I called and ask the manager said that the credit bureau changed my payment so I called the credit bureau they said they didn't change anything that 65.00 is was is being reported so somebody is keeping some money

Very rude customer service company don't address your concerns lack of phone courtesy rude and hangs up on you with out addressing your concerns. I will not recommend this company to anyone lol coming to finance through this company.

So, I placed an order in 2018 had it paid off in 2020. Was good. Well here we are in 2023 and i get harassed over 17.90 that I had no idea I owed. Oh they have been taking 8.50 a month for the last 3 years to be in there "CLUB". Fine print crap to keep making money. If there had not have been a glitch i never would have found out. Complete scammers...

I placed an order with this company back in 2018. After 4 years of biweekly payments I emailed to ask why they were still taking money out and when the last payment would be. I received nothing but deflection and corporate malpractice. Avoid this company at all costs! Not only were they taking money, they were pulling my credit every month which I DID NOT agree too. Now, 5 years later all of a sudden a ding shows up on my credit saying I am 120 days late on a payment for them….but I have no payments left! I will be suing them for their blatant violations of the law.

The company as a whole is lacking in disclosure. They fail to tell you that even after you receive final approval, your not actually approved. Now comes the verification process, an absolute joke, as they have all of your information and your banking information. This company should be forthcoming with amount of time the whole process is going to take so that the consumer can make and educated decision. Unfortunately I fell into that trap, and as an educated person I have now ruined Christmas for my 12 year old as her present will not be arrive until some undisclosed time AFTER Christmas. This is where I can only blame myself for not reading the reviews and taking taken into consideration that 90 percent of the bad reviews all share the same issues. Sadly Santa will not be coming to my house this year, however, I will be more diligent next year and do my homework before making hasty choices in who I do business with. The unfortunate part of this very distasteful experience is that my sales person Elliot was an absolute pleasure to work with and does not deserve this bad review.

Full discamer i dont have good credit, I recently attempted to make a purchase they approved me for the item at a fair price( it was on sale everywhere else and i talked them down in price) so I made my first payment they took it no problem a week later they call and tell me I wasn't approved anymore apparently they check these things after you sign a contract. I only bought the item through them to build my credit. I had the cash to buy it in a normal store now its not on sale and I don't have the product that I had the cash to buy at the sale price elsewhere.

These people took all my information and documents then said they couldn't verify all or some of my documents. Scammers beware.

I was approved for 2500. Signed contract everything. They turned around and denied it. This is not support go off credit scores yet they absolutely use your credit score.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
