I can already tell cancelling isn't going to be an easy process. It's going take at least 4 weeks before my order even ships. I decided I didn't want to wait that long. And so far all I'm getting is the run around. They don't tell you the process until after you've signed everything and given them your information. I'm predicting a long battle ahead of me
THEY SAID I NEEDED TO HAVE A CERTIN AMOUNT FOR WHOLE MONTH I WAS TELLING THEM i WANTED WEEKLY. ANYHOW KEEP GETTING TEXT SAING I GOT 1 THOUSAND 7 HUNDRED AVAILABLE. FOR 3 TO WHAT EVER WEEKS THEY WILL DEDUCT ONE BY ONE NOT ALL AT ONCE THIS IS REDICULOUSE. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH 2 OTHER RENTAL AGENCYS I FIND THEM BETTER.

I ordered a Play Station 5 for my son online and waited for it to be delivered through UPS, its been over 2 weeks and haven't received anything yet. I've been talking with Daisy and she desperately tried to help me but I ended up cancelling the order, my son's birthday was April 12,2023. Too bad you couldn't use FedEx because they can deliver here to my work, MDG said an investigation would be done and the delivery would take another 8 to 10 business days. No thanks, try somewhere else to order I guess!

This company is great until you have a issue with payments i was switching bank accounts and i went online to update my banking info. They still processed the payment for the old account so that put my payment late and they decreased my available credit.

This company is full of $#*! I done everything they asked my card got locked so I received a new card everything still the same I just have a new card now there asking me to complete the process over that is incompetent if you ask me then I asked let's call make bank to verify we can't do that but then I keep receiving emails you have an account with this much approval who wants it if I have to go through all this $#*! you have all my information once again it's a new card all the information is the same you guys lost a customer and I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog would have been a loyal customer Eric Williams

The rates they use are some of the worse period 40+%. They add surcharges for everything on top of the 40%.
There response is to pay faster to save on the interest.it's not that there is interest it's the stupid amount. My bookie takes 35% on loans -.-
E.g 1700+tax laptop / total paid to them for 5386!
That is upsurd and crazy to think about they also do not listen when you ask them to differ a payment or switch banking information to use due to theft.
Do not use them if you can help it.

I have applied for an application for TV's but decided against getting one back in 2017. I logged in for the first time. Hoping I can can get a small loan of $500 for car repairs. Then they tell me first they dont do cash loans, then they tell me to try again in 3 months. I asked them how they decided I do not qualify for a loan. They said they based it back from my 2017 application. My income has doubled since then. But yet they still refuse me. In the end I got my loan from another company and I am only paying $80 monthly. Forget MDG, go somewhere else and save your time and headache.

Been sending money to these clowns since January. Keep getting lured and lied into waiting longer and sending more money. They use ups shipping to for $100 and you get the snail version so they can make money on the shipping also. Terrible customer service, don't fall for Ivana and her or email me I'll look into, I emailed her more then once and she does not reply. If you don't mind dealing with a bunch of scammers that take months to get anything done then this is your place. Told me they were shipping yesterday and still the tracking don't update, just shows longer then original. Don't even show it was picked up. Going on 2.5 months that they've just been taking money.

I ordered online the next day ps5 was on sale so I got that instead I told one person I was not interested may I ask why 35 times they still keep calling I literally had to block my number from them and they still won't leave me alone. I didn't sign anything at all. U do realise this is illegal to do u only call 3 or 4 times max not 35 times.

They took money out of my account with out my authorization. They asked what bank I would be using and account number so they could verify that bank. They to more money then what my payment should or would have been. Then did not approve my loan. Then when I asked about it they told me money was being returned. It's been a week no return of mone. This company is not a good company to work with or they have workers that steal money from people. Don't let this happen to you. Stay away

Careful dealing with these people, been making payments for two months now on nothing, that's right on nothing. They have been taking money out of my account for over a month! Was supposed to ship my item but instead they cancel it and say I'm no longer approved? Like what is that $#*!! This is the second time this company has taken money from me and cancelled my order last minute!
