I am very disappointed in this TV I found it over $150 cheaper at Best Buy I'll talk to you guys before I completed the order and you guys were unwilling to at least come close to price match and it took almost 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the TV but yet you guys took the money out I've had nothing but problems and I got to tell you I'm very disappointed

Ordered my product, got shipping confirmation next day but every time I check UPS website it still says waiting for product on there webpage it says to wait 24-48 hours for it to update and I have and they still have not received my package
Once the contracts are signed, It felt like they could care less If was a customer or not. STopped answering phone calls, no returned emails. Countless other business issues that raise the question on your ability to deliver as advertised.

I was told my items would be shipped on a specific day. When they day come I am told they are a hour away. Then 15 minutes later I get a call driver says "oh we only have the hdmi cords not the tv" now the shipment will be delayed. Just very disappointed in all the miscommunication when it comes to shipping. Especially with how much the shipping cost is.
My purchase date was the 11th and I still haven't received my order yet. It was verified and paid for on November 11th and still nothing

Upon contacting MDG.com the process of price matching took a bit longer and the email chain was extensive. The interest rates are astronomical but in a world of credit it's to be expected. I received my computer within 14 days of first payment and it was more than I wanted to pay, but it was the best option for me at the time. They also promise to rebuild credit with on time payments. This is definitely what I needed too. Hopefully it's a win win
I am very impressed with MDG and its services and products. Everything happened exactly as promised through the whole process. Emma was very proactive and responsive in keeping me informed. I love the smart tv I purchased and am sure to make additional purchases in the future.

My product was undamaged but it came in the original box with no protective outer box with packing for safety. Also, coming in the original box, someone walking by could see it was an electronic and could've been more enticed to steal it. I'm happy with the product but please don't cheap out on shipping supplies.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
