Please understand that we are an online-only company and we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers as it is different from financing done physically in person. We work really hard to offer the best service and we have almost 2K 5-star reviews, which is pretty good!

The ordering process was very smooth, but I have yet to receive the product was to be delivered yesterday. When you pay $200 dollars in delivery fees it needs to be there the day expected.

Placed my order November 26, completely unacceptable. It say my order will be here tomorrow end of day, but no company should never take that long especially when the consumers are paying for shipping out of pocket + down payment. Great company poor shipping, Items still not here. So if anyone want to make a order from MDG just know shipping takes 10 days like it say or more. So when you do make a payment or put a down payment down just know you'll be 20 or 15 days out from your first payment. Not a full month, since it take that long to ship first month should be free.

Being a financing company we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers and 1st payment before shipping is requested because of the security reasons. It takes 7-10 days to receive the order from when you've completed all the verification steps and we've received your payment(s). Still waiting for my tv that I purchased on 11/25/2019. It's been in my city since Saturday, but still have to wait until Wednesday to get it delivered.

So I'm someone with less than stellar credit. Made some stupid financial decisions out of high school that still haunt me today. And there are times where I want/need something, but I don't have a credit card or any lines of credit, which make it difficult. MDG is the first site I've found where my less than stellar credit doesn't bar me from getting what I want. After placing the down payment, they confirmed my information and mailed out my new laptop (which will be here later this week). And if you traditionally go to a brick-and-mortar rent-to-own store, I HIGHLY advise you go to MDG instead. Their overall prices are better (even if you go full term on the credit agreement) and their bi-weekly payments are about half what you would pay at a rent-to-own (the laptop I bought is literally twice as expensive rent-to-own, even if I paid cash outright for it). Overall, I'd recommend MDG to anyone who needs to get something new (whether it be a new computer, a TV, or even a bed) and has less than stellar credit!

Shipping company sucks and makes the whole process of buying from this company suck. Only have 1 day for delivery option and it's pretty much the whole day. Some of us work. Needs to be more consideration for the customer
