I placed my order, couldn't get anyone to confirm my payment amount for 2 days, never got a call back from my account manager like I was told. Finally got to confirm my payment, said delivery would call to set up a time for delivery haven't received that call yet, but when tracking my order it said delivery due date was yesterday. As long as I get my product undamaged, in working condition before Christmas I don't care about none of the above. Lets see what is said when I call them today.

I'm grateful to have had the option to buy my daughter a laptop through this service. However, I also know I will be paying much more for one this way - but when you're out of other options, it's a really great service. I couldn't give a 5 star because honestly, the payment setup was a MAJOR hassle. It took several phone calls, emails, etc before I was finally approved. I am not a person who likes talking on the phone, so I was really annoyed by all of it. I was approved in the end though, and as I said, I am grateful for the option.

Took way too long to process my order to which by the time they processed and ready to shipp one of the items I ordered was out of stock which really kinda made me mad and now my items will barely get here on time before Christmas

I wasn't sure if this site was true or a scam or if I would get my items, my credit is poor and not only did I get the item they made my payment once a month because I only get paid once a month and the monthly payment is very affordable
