From beginning to end, very smooth everyone I talked was so nice. Nick my account guy is awesome, very helpful and respectful, from applying to shipping all took about a week probably would have been less but there was a slight error on my part. Ordered the switch bundle for Christmas and I know my daughter will be ecstatic. Will definitely keep working with them in the future.

The shipping process has been a nightmare. The show tracking numbers but for days will not show as being shipped. These items were ordered on the first week of December for Christmas and now because of their verification process and wrong date they told me they would ship, I might not get one big gift for my son. When I email them to find out status, they ignore it. BAD BUSINESS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered something and it's already almost to the house. I think it made great timing. As long as its before Christmas I'm happy. And the fact that they sent a reminder of the date to order by to make sure I got it before Christmas was a big deal for me

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
