Terrible service sat on hold somebody picked up and sat they would be right there waited for 10 mins nothing. I agreed to a Friday delivery between 9 and 1. Now I'm being told it's Monday between 9 and 1. Are you kidding me

The products are great. But the process needs to be made to be able to just do it all online instead of online and phone calls. I also changed products so I could get a refund and they said it would take 5 days and it has been almost 3 weeks.

We're sorry if the procedure left you with a negative experience but as we're an online company we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers as it's different than financing done in person. The refund was posted on 12/05/2019 and it takes 2-3 business days to see it in the account, please check with your bank institution.

I ordered a new tv and the experience was very easy and affordable and the tv was the same price if you went and bought it from the store definitely reccomend.

Well I haven't gotten my laptop yet, suppose to come In tomorrow. But the customer service I have recieved inbetween ordering and setting everything up was really good.

Ive been giving offer after offer when i applied there was always some hidden part of the contract outrageous interest rates or they say pre approved but ask for a co signer... MGD did what they said approved me let me shop and delivered on time quality merchandise...

The customer service is great. They answer right away and they might be busy sometimes and ask you nicely to hold. But never took more that couple minutes to talk to someone.
I was a little skeptical about MDG at first and I decided why not give them a chance, they were the only company willing to give me a chance. I got approved, ordered Christmas gifts for my nieces, and everyone is happy and satisfied. I highly recommend giving MDG a chance, you won't be disappointed.

I called to check on delivery of my items and was told they were still waiting on the sound bar when it showed it was delivered to Louisville last Saturday morning.

The process and verification took a lot time patience. After that everything else went fast even shipping. I would definitely order again!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
