The company has garnered overwhelmingly negative feedback, with customers expressing significant dissatisfaction regarding the authenticity of profiles and the overall service. Many reviews highlight concerns about deceptive practices, such as the use of paid models to engage users and the manipulation of communication to extract money. Customers report feeling exploited, with high costs associated with obtaining contact information and ongoing charges for basic interactions. While a few users claim to have had genuine experiences, the prevailing sentiment suggests a lack of trust in the platform’s integrity and customer support, which is often described as unhelpful and dismissive.

Total scam to lift money from your pocket, the design is clever but all the girls are professionally modeled and its total bull$#*! any pay per click site should be avoided.
Any site! ANY SITE that charges for PPL/PPC (Pay Per Letter/Pay Per Chat) IS A SCAM SITE!
GUYS YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!
DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!
I have been a non paying member of PPL/PPC sites (about 18months)
Ive learnt a lot by watching how they act, seeing the same womans profiles on all different sites, how their profiles change per site, the bull$#*! emails they repeatedly send (mostly automated email system).
'Victoria Hearts;' 'Victoria Brides;' 'Anastasia;' 'Charmerly,' 'Match Truly;' 'Love Swans;' "Ukrainian Charms" and 'Valentime & on & on & on...!
IF YOU DECIDE TO CHOOSE A SITE... ONLY CHOOSE A SITE THAT HAS A MONTHLY CHARGE... EVERYTHING INCLUDED... chat, email & contact info.
Theres not many but its YOUR BEST BET IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT FINDING A WOMAN or youll get ripped off!
Once you found someone interesting they require expensive "validation" which can compromise a person's identity.
Obviously the ladies there work for the website to entice men to spend more money and yet never reach the point of a real relationship.
Unless you just enjoy playing games, don't waste your money.
They prey on men, the women whose photos you see, are not the women you speak to. At times it appears they have different woman who work in shifts. The same woman you talk to at one point, doesnt recall conversation from earlier that day. The require certain amount spent to receive personal email. Afterwards they still want you to communicate on the site. Buy gifts with promises of a meeting. The women i emailed all claimed no social media, so email is all you ever have in communication. Can never send a photo or image from that time, always older and outdated photos. Full of excuses of why they cant send a live photo, or video chat. My honest opinion is it is a farm of hired woman to portray the girls in the photos, which site purchases from online models, and or instagram photos. The online search of the girls i spoken to, shows no results for the names they give with the emails. Again beware. Support wont help you, and promises all girls are live and whose in photo, claim they are all verified. Very much a scam!
I used Victoria Hearts for a while. A woman I talked to on that site has a profile on this site too. I had adequate credits to get personal information, but the Victoria Hearts site wouldn't provide it. MatchTruly is just Victoria Hearts under another name. There are about five other sites that have the same site templates and demand credits for use. Here's what to look for: 1. You get a lot of messages from young beautiful women who ask stupid questions like: what do you think would happen if we met on the moon? We'd suffocate that's what would happen. 2. They demand credits to talk. Viewing videos of the woman cost more credits, and Victoria Hearts over billed me. I assume it would be the same for this site. 3. As already stated, these sites use similar appearances, and some of the same women show up on all or at least some of the sites.
I AGREE WHAT A MONEY DUMP THEY WORK THROUGH BUYING CREDITS TO MEET KNOW ONE. EXAMPLE HI OLGA HOW, YOU NEED TO BY MORE CREDITS. TO FINISH YOUR SENTENCE, ALSO MANY WOMEN ON THIS SITE WARNED ME THAT IT WAS FAKE. AMERICAN GREEDY SCAM SITE STAY AWAY.
Very bad, in seeing your pic they are in love. It's clearly a way to get you to buy credits. No one offer an alternate way to communicate.
Fake, pay to talk, string you along. 5 women in 5 minutes sent me pictures saying not married and all were wearing wedding rings, or engagement rings, stupid. Photos are all Photoshop. Some look like their heads were put on other bodies. When i asked for real pic some send, look nothing like pics on their profile. Im 55 and 20 year olds are sending me messages telling me how hot i am lol. Some just want to know how big your penis is, some want to send nude photos if you send them stickers. Just a big sham money maker site.
Most of the profiles are professional models. I don't know if they get a percentage, but all of the messages are fakes generated by employees of the site.
FYI- You never quite know what is truly behind a dating site until you are billed for it. This site, which charges are out of NV, USA are for an "ESCORT SERVICE"/DATING. Stay way. As with all the other reviews as stated here are true.
This is a follow up to a review I wrote about a week ago. This site is a complete hoax I am 71 years old and have hundreds of messages, emails, photos and videos offered to me by girls generally in the age group of 19 to 33. I wrote my self description in Russian on my profile and asked if any serious lady wants to write a real letter to me, she should please refer to my words in my profile. Not one out of a thousand women even mentioned my profile. Most of the short messages were supposed to be erotic but they were stupid.
Clearly, the poor ladies in Ukraine and russia are getting a cut or their site owner stole their photos. I got letters and come on's when it was 4 in the morning in Kiev don't waste your time. I never spent a cent because not one lady referred to my profile.
You have to buy credits on a continued basis to speak with the ladies on the site. Of course the ladies are all paid by the site to run up your credits.
I made a direct link between a member and the real person in the USA. Contacted the persons agent and told them.
This lady was a model in the US from Russia and her information was being used and the person on the other end of the site was pretending to be her.
NOW, Matchtruly says they verify the identity of these ladies, so obviously thats a load of $#*!!
Lie's and lie's. Huge scam stay away!
I'm I'm 71 years old and have been to Ukraine dozens of times. I have relatives there. I know all the scams. When I got on this site I soon started receiving messages from women 19 years and up. They have videos and private photos and of course after a few free messages you have to buy credits to continue communication. One reasonable, nice woman contacted me. She's 45. Otherwise, many of the messages are suggestive because the women on the site get paid for each credit (money) you spend. It might be a few women there are honest, but seriously guys why would 19 year olds write to a 71 year old man? True I am hot but not that hot.
Answer: They are supposed to provide their email and phone if you request it after spending about $600. But even if they do, they won't talk off the site. The majority of the women are getting paid by the site, so they don't want to leave it. Sad but true, their interest in us is rarely genuine. Otherwise they would communicate on an alternate means, like women from http://j4Iove.com -I have never had any problem there with women not willing to talk to me for free. It's easy to understand the real reason: it all depends whether or not the site pays its women.
Answer: Most of the profiles are professional models who have nothing to do with the site. The responses are generated by the site itself.
Answer: You get an email address. You won't even know the woman's last name. In my experience, I got one or two replies to my emails.
Answer: Total scam! Over a yr on it and lost over $6000!
Answer: You should go read the terms of used on this website and it takes a while and when you read it all they tell you in a certain way it's a scam and you leave or not it's up to you
Answer: Each sticker cost you credits. Which cost you money. You have to pay to text and look at pictures and videos. They will flood you with them so you have to buy more credits
