The company has garnered overwhelmingly negative feedback, with customers expressing significant dissatisfaction regarding the authenticity of profiles and the overall service. Many reviews highlight concerns about deceptive practices, such as the use of paid models to engage users and the manipulation of communication to extract money. Customers report feeling exploited, with high costs associated with obtaining contact information and ongoing charges for basic interactions. While a few users claim to have had genuine experiences, the prevailing sentiment suggests a lack of trust in the platform’s integrity and customer support, which is often described as unhelpful and dismissive.

It's seductive and sophisticated fantasy, but even if you want an ordinary fling you can't get it on Matchtruly because it's a fraud to drain your credit card. Girls are nothing but paid employees who want to take your money and they use all methods and instruments for this. They are not looking for serious relationship as commonly stated that's why it's impossible to have a real date with pretty much any of them. To cut it short, one out of hundred women may be real on Matchtruly, but finding her is like squeezing water from a stone.
This is Maria, 29 [ *******] aka Maria Pavlukhina. She is married and has a 5 years old son. She swill lie to you about everything including her country of residence.
Match truly. Com is absolutely Fake and they are a huge peace of garbage and they are nothing but a stupid scammers and they are very Manipulating human beings to make you spend your hard earn money for nothing and they lowlife kinda people so stay a way men this website is absolutely Garbage fake website with full of manipulaters.
I was communicating with this lady Named Varvara Krasota ID: *******. I find out by doing a little digging, that the lady has been married since 2017. Her whole wedding is documented in the wedding photographer's website, including wedding invitation and the menu for the reception.
Update 9/13/2020: after a month and a half and through 24 times that the Moderation Team's ruling on the side of the lady and the "regional partner", finally removed her from the website. I had to provide an enormous amount of evidence and even had to request a marriage certificate obtained by my friend's family in Saint Petersburg, they stoped rejecting my claim and gave me a whooping 50 credits to repay for my my inconvenience. As soon as I was done laughing, I asked for my profile to be permanently deleted.
Cost a fortune to get contact information, then all the girls do is lie and don't want to be off site. Don't waste your time and money better off to go to happy ending massage parlor!
It's not legit site! Totally fake, utter scam with paid models to keep you on a chat session screwing you out of your hard-earned money. There are many genuine beautiful and family-oriented ladies in Ukraine, but the problem is that sites like Matchtruly mess up the whole thing. They turn it into lucrative but totally disingenuous and dishonest business. It's a total money-making scheme and surely they don't supply what they promise: they have no genuine ladies at all!
Don't trust these swindlers, they made up plenty of fake profiles and hired chat operators who "work" on behalf of these girls in the photos. It costs a fortune to get girls' contact information. But when you get it, the girls either ghost you or make up an excuse as to why they still can't chat outside of the site. Total and utter scam! Just stay away from it, save your feelings for something real!
Total scam! If you want real dates J4-Date.com is better - most of the profiles are real there and they are willing to meet and have relationship. Matchtruly is a disgusting rip off. Profiles with fake photos wanting to chat all the time, automatic sendouts, my mailbox is bombarded with all kinds of stupid messages from 18 year old girls. Exuberant prices for getting ladies' contact information. I made 3 contact requests, one of them was denied, the other two women ignored my emails and friends requests. Total scam and waste of money!
After spending money, found out that lady's information costs over 500$!? No guarantees that you are actually getting a lady!
The most expensive site for information!
This is an utter scam. Please refer to the website's in terms of use, where you will find a "Risk Clause" that explicitly states that not only do they pay the female members, but they have this thing they call "incentivized communications impersonation ". Basically it says that to stay competitive, they ask other people to write on behalf of the profile owner and they could be of a different gender. It says that by joining the site, you accept these risks.
Complete scam!
Spent over a year on that place! Was I stupid maybe or maybe not! A website full of gorgeous women and I mean super models here and tons of it is a little bit unusual to say the least. I made contact with a few women after that I start chatting and spending money because we're talking about $600 to get her email or phone number if she wants to. She was supposed to be a doctor in paediatric so I asked her for a picture of her on the job? Of course on that site if there is fiveThousands girls There is at least 1000 doctors. I thousand teachers and another thousand fitness trainers. Right there I was suspicious. So talking with that girl who was supposed to be a doctor asking pictures of her she was very upset and angry that I was asking pictures because I thought hey prove it to me just for fun. Then I realize that she wasn't a doctor. Then she starred to be aggressiveAnd very cocky toward me because she knew that I knew that she was fake as $#*!. And she wouldn't be able to milk me any more very soon. So I told her that it's absolutely normal for me wanting to know who I'm talking to and if you are who you say you are. But she Failed at proving me her identity. Of course they gonna tell you that they've been through check with passport and ID and all that that's a crock of $#*!. The other one was supposed to be a commercial pilot. So I asked her what type of airplane she was certified on and she couldn't provide the answer not even the type of aircraft she was flying LOL one thing is for sure from a pilot they know what they're flying. So that rest my case I made a request to delete my account and I left. Unfortunately I had to spend quite a bit of money to find out about that scam
I copied the bios and used them for my profiles on other sites. I used a couple as lyrics for a few songs in an 80s hair metal parody band. I paid 0 dollars to find out that everyone wanted to marry me. Then I left.
OK, update. Call me a sucker, or just plain curious. I spent 700.00 and got a girls info. We are emailing now for free, BUT here is a catch for you. She said her mother will not let her come to the states with out a GOLD ring on her finger. She wanted me to buy one off of the site for 12,000 credits roughly 1500. 00. I said no. I will buy one here and send it to you, because i can get you a much nicer ring over here for less money. We stalled for 2 weeks and now she has her mother convinced we can do it without a ring but wants me to buy her a Cell phone off of the site for 12,000 credits instead so they can keep in touch because mother is old and ill. (mother is younger than me.) i again said no. She is teasing me telling me the minute the pine gets there she will board a plane she already has a open ended ticket one way. I told her that I will not spend any more money on the site I will buy a cell phone here and ship it to her, she said in both cases that if I send it customs will steal it and she will never get it. The site can have it to her in 5 days and she can be on her way. We were supposed to skype on three different occasions and something happened. (Real or Fake) Guys understand, I have came this far the Curiosity is getting the best of me. But for now its not costing me anything to take the ride and see what gives. Call me a guinea pig. I want to see if this can pan out. I think a class action against the site may be in order for fraud. I really think this is not her but somebody working for the company. I AM ON A MISSION. We are supposed to SKYE in 2 hours. Will it be her? If this works I will think about starting my own legit site that helps men and women anywhere in the world make honest and inexpensive connections. To find what they are really looking for, GOOD HONEST PEOPLE. I will keep you updated and soon as Walter Cronkite would say you may here the REST OF THE STORY yeah, yeah, I will take one for the team. RB out for now.
You know its a fake scam site when you only enter a name and date of birth and yet you get inundated with messages and chat requests from beautiful women age 199 - 60. I mean really. Don't waste your time or money unless you are interested in chatting with employees of the site or fake women paid to keep you doling out cash for credits.
I joined Matchtruly after reading a praising review from >> https://www.romancescams.org mail-order-brides matchtruly-review << after a few days, it came clear things were not as legit as described. Hardly any female had read my profile, the ages of girls coming on to me started from aged 19 (well out of my search range) some women sounded genuine, but then the messages would change from broken Ukraine/Russian to perfect English or vice-versa. I chatted to one, who was a "Pilot'' pic's of her in a uniform, near/on a Boeing aircraft, after a few letters, realised she'd only be useful as a Pilot if you paid for a mystery tour, as she'd landed at "Neath International Airport" & asked how long it would take me from Florida to meet her! Besides, no Airport in Neath. Some ask about U.S.A. Trump, Congress, etc. One sounded sincere, (Elena, 38, Kharkiv,) & I was warming to her, had a daughter, with Pic's, made a big thing of pushing would I treat her daughter as my own etc. Then when I brought a ruck load more of credits - - she just vanished! Her profile is there, but she's not online or is our chat history. You get letters/chat from females all ages talking sexual, sent or offering pic's for stickers/presents, or you get lots of pic's or a distorted/censored Vid' or audio you have to pay 30-50 credits to access. There is so much wrong with this site!
Well this place is such a scam. OMFG the stupid crap they say if you ask them a any question they ignore it and say something like if you marry me i will let you play with my sister. Disgusting crap like that. I contacted there support demanding my 30.00 back. All they want is your real information this is exactly what support told me. - Ladies have other limitations though. To name one, all the data that our female customers provide for their profiles, every word, and every photo, has to be verified with their ID's and personal interviews from day one, so we can safely say we have zero fake profiles on our site. I am appalled that they rip people off when all anyone wants is some to to love you. I am declining the charges to my bank in the morning. Screw them. ALso all dating sites that have the same layout are all scams. The world is not a honest place like when i grew up.
They only try to get your money. Names, pictures and adresses are all fake. All the girls try to make you spend more money.
Ok, here's my two cents worth. I am currently talking with a woman on the site, I initiated first contact, from the match search section. She has never asked for anything, and has shared over 30 pictures of her through our chat messages, all of which are normal, just like you would take at home pictures, including some with her and her daughter. I have reverse searched all of them and none appear elsewhere on the internet. The pictures are all of the same person, none photoshopped. All of those that you get in your feed are part of an algorithm, and yes it is to try and get you to spend money. And for all of us ignorant Americans, Ukrainian and Russian women wear their engagement and wedding rings on the right hand, look it up, so quit assuming that because we do something one way that everyone else has to do it the same way.
It sucks. Dont do it! Lol all the women here look they just came from the UK Pageant! Haha! Seriously not one of them is ugly which makes me question who the f*ck is real on here. I'm assuming 99% of them are not genuine and in it for the money. This site along with Latinfeels.com, Valentime.com and Amolatina.com are owned by the same company. They nickel and dime you for everything!
I have used the site and met a genuine woman on it. The interface was so easy. I rate it highly. The women are usually beautiful. But most Ukrainian women are! And intelligent!
Answer: They are supposed to provide their email and phone if you request it after spending about $600. But even if they do, they won't talk off the site. The majority of the women are getting paid by the site, so they don't want to leave it. Sad but true, their interest in us is rarely genuine. Otherwise they would communicate on an alternate means, like women from http://j4Iove.com -I have never had any problem there with women not willing to talk to me for free. It's easy to understand the real reason: it all depends whether or not the site pays its women.
Answer: Most of the profiles are professional models who have nothing to do with the site. The responses are generated by the site itself.
Answer: You get an email address. You won't even know the woman's last name. In my experience, I got one or two replies to my emails.
Answer: Total scam! Over a yr on it and lost over $6000!
Answer: You should go read the terms of used on this website and it takes a while and when you read it all they tell you in a certain way it's a scam and you leave or not it's up to you
Answer: Each sticker cost you credits. Which cost you money. You have to pay to text and look at pictures and videos. They will flood you with them so you have to buy more credits
