The daily challenges and progress bars keep me on track, and the mad muscles reviews I read were absolutely true: customer support is actually helpful and not just bots! I'm eating better, sleeping better, and my doctor was shocked at my new cholesterol numbers. Highly recommend if you want habits that last, not just another failed attempt.

I only signed up for a 4-week programme at $12.29 and that's all I wanted, but this app went ahead and charged me an extra $49.95 for a programme I NEVER agreed to and then, to my shock, another random $36.85 for something I was never even shown or offered. I never consented to these charges, I only clicked to see the price of the extra programme and closed the page immediately, yet the app treated that as a purchase which is blatant scamming behaviour. When I contacted support, all I got was a dismissive "we see two active subscriptions" and absolutely no help or refund, with no explanation for the mysterious $36.85 charge either. This company is running on dark patterns and unauthorised billing, and there are many scam alerts online about them, including YouTube comments and Trustpilot reviews all reporting the same behaviour. I feel cheated and ripped off – stay far away from this app unless you want to throw your money away on subscriptions you never agreed to.

When I started using MadMuscles, I was pleasantly surprised. The app is simple, there are many programs. The subscription is affordable, and most importantly - there are no hidden payments. Customer support works great, they always respond quickly. But there is not enough individual approach to the exercises. This is something to improve.

As many of the other 1-star review, I wanted a normal plan for 22€, which is THE ONLY PAYMENT I AUTHORISED. But when I wanted to complete the order, I have been asked if I wanted a coach, with no way to go back or cancel. I pressed ok to get to the checkout page, but there is NONE, and I got charged an extra 49€. The whole process is very intransparent, there is no checkout page, and the support is an AI agent that just buys you time.

Wat een misleidende oplichters zijn dit. Je bestelt een proefabonnement en voor je het weet heb je een extra 'food/meal' service t. W. v. € 49,95 gekocht. Na je akkoord met PayPal komt een vaag 'verhaal' met maar 1 doorklikknop waarmee ze je oplichten. Helpdesk is een AI Robot die continu hetzelfde antwoord. Klacht ingediend bij PayPal met enige verbazing dat zij hun betaalsysteem laten inzetten voor deze criminele bestelprocessen. Ook geautomatiseerd bericht dat MadMuscles in gelijk stelt... de macht van geld. Alle automatische betalingen bij PayPal weggehaald.
