I have been using the MadMuscles app for several weeks. So far, everything is fine. The subscription is not too expensive, and I was not deceived with payments. Convenient interface, but sometimes there is not enough explanation for the programs. Support is responsive, but could be more informative. Overall, there is room for improvement.

MadMuscles is an application that really works. The subscription is very attractive, there are no hidden payments. Customer support professionally responds to requests. Many programs for every day. But sometimes the interface may not be very convenient. It is worth working on this to make it better.

I signed up for the trial period and specifically said I didn't want to auto-renew. However, they still auto renewed me and when I asked for a refund, they said oh, we'll give you 3 months free to which I said no thank you. They never refunded me after saying they would "look into it". I followed up with PayPal to no avail. Sign up at your own risk.
