Shopping was easy. The products were not uniform a few were shorter or taller, and some were broken. But the product serves the purpose for the price

This is a very good product, of high quality. Cooperation with this seller was very productive. The product corresponds to the description and quality declared by the seller.

I received many offers from several suppliers who I found to be quite accommodating and open. Once my choice was made for a supplier, I was able to communicate freely with the person via WhatsApp. The process was quick and the person was open to modifications and was able to advise me with presentation of images and samples from similar batches. I received my products in no time. I would be happy to recommend to others and order again for myself using the platform.

I ordered Two sets of manual 400 capsule encapsulation trays. Upon receiving the shipment, I noticed one middle plate was broken. I notified Mr, Shen about this and he said a replacement will be shipped out by Fedex. I received the replacement part and in good condition. It has been a pleasure doing business with Mr. Shen's company and I highly recommend his company for the products they carry.

When my product was delivered one of the packages had been leaking and I managed to retrieve 1/5th of what I ordered. When the goods were loaded on a pallet somebody ignored the UP ARROW on the carton and laid it on its side. I reported that to the business that unloaded the container and they agreed that it was leaking when they removed it. I also reported it to my supplier but both parties were of no help. There was no offer of recompense. As it was an epoxy product for a first time user it was also disappointing to find no tips on how to apply. I was informed that the amount I purchased was enough to cover my particular project but it was short by around 3 square metres. Now I have an unfinished project and because of shipping costs and MOQ I can not match the product to finish the task.

Customer service with Cathy was great. She helped the whole process and got me exactly what I asked for. The product itself was not quite as expected. Of course it broke, it was not packed the best and shipped from China. The product was thin and printed a bit cheaply but it does look as pictured so I cant complain there. I have been going back and forth on purchasing the full lot needed because of the liability with it breaking and the cost of shipping.

Compré por primera vez por este medio, el proveedor siempre estuvo al tanto de mi, el producto, de muy buena calidad lo único que no me agradó mucho es que tuve que esperar casi 4 meses por mi compra, pero fuera de eso, todo muy bien, volvería a comprar sin duda.

Communication was mostly good. Although when I attempted to email the supplier with a query i am unsure if they received it. I was expecting a 15oz mug but received an 11oz mug. This was a sample order only. The question I had was did I pay for 11oz or 15oz?
The mug arrived and am happy with quality and image production. I have ordered a larger quantity and have confirmed through the message system that they are 15oz.
Over all it has worked out but I realised that distance and language may hinder things some times.

The supplier replies fast, delivered my products before the planned lead time, recommend this supplier. The goods are still on way to my country so I can't give feedback for quality yet.
