I ordered a custom tailored jacket from this supplier and unfortunately the final product did not match the specifications that were clearly provided during the order process.

When the jacket is buttoned in the front, the fabric buckles and pulls significantly. This indicates that the pattern or measurements were not executed correctly. The fit does not follow the size instructions that were given before production.

In addition, the jacket had construction issues around the front button area, which caused the garment to sit incorrectly when closed. These problems suggest that the measurements and tailoring specifications were not properly followed during production.

I attempted to resolve the issue through the platform's dispute process, but the dispute team was not helpful in reaching a fair resolution.

Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this supplier for custom tailored garments where accurate measurements and construction quality are critical.

Order of minifigures with errors

I got most of my order in 2 different shippments. But 10 of the characters were wrong items sent. I tried to get refund or exchange they said they are to busy and going on vacation will get back with u. Are u serious that is how u fix your errors you do. Pathetic!

I needed 400 badges for an upcoming conference and got in touch with
Chongqing Colorful Technology Co., Ltd. through made in chinas messenger on the website. Yes, there are a few (very) minor language issues and you may have to double check if the message you want to convey is received but in all honesty, the product we received was 10times better than expected, it was shipped and received quicker than i anticipated and Jenny (the person i was dealing with) was extremely helpful and super polite. I will definitely be using Made in China for all my future bulk orders and needs!

Payment problems

Too complicated to pay by credit card, wetried 3 differnt credit cards, call to the bank and VISA, all good from this side to make purhcases but MIC rejected avery credit card, from the company and personal saying is a bank problem, but the bank ensures is all good, limits, authorizations, etc.
