I was very happy with the supply and delivery of the croc charms. I'm providing artwork to delivery within 12 days. It is very impressive. And the pricing is reasonable. Happy to deal with Made in China going forward.

The products that I have received from Made-in-China are quality products at a great/fair price. When comparing them to IndiMart you never know what you are getting at IndiMart and their customer service is non-existent. They take your money and then forget all about you. Every supplier I have dealt with on Made-in-China has been honest, kind, easy to work with and they always follow through from order placement to delivery. I will never buy anything from India again!

From my first contact, the representative answered all my questions, constantly kept checking in to see if I needed anything else to complete the sale. She was very professional and accommodating at all times.

They sent me the wrong products and then tried to tell me they are good enough, but it is a different brand and lower quality, my only option is the return it but i would have to pay shipping which is not worth the cost. I am very upset and feel like i was scammed, i have a long conversation history with the seller and they admitted to sending me a different item from what i ordered.

It's not everyday that you send a small fortune to the other side of the world in the hope that the thing you bought will turn up some weeks later.

But, I gave it a go.

The information on the website was pretty straight forward, then discussing the order with the supplier was not too bad. The time difference makes for long waits sometimes, but all in all, no problems.

The item turned up eventually, looked fine and I eventually got round to getting it going.

It was sent with no oil in it, the battery disconnected, both quite easy to sort out, but I was thrown a bit when I realised there was a lever that needed to be moved. Once I did that, it started straight away and ran perfectly for about an hour and a half. I have not got round to running anything off it yet though.

I'll have a go this coming week and see what happens. Assume all is well if this feedback isn't altered by the end of 25th January 2026.

It was so easy to deal with raven from made in china. The process was very simple and she was in regular contact keeping me up to date all the way through. The product when I got it is amazing so accurate and cool. The basketball club kids are going to love them for their crocs

I only have good things to say about the site and people I have dealt with, first class products and service.

We are very happy with the contact, messaging, ease of working with producers. We worked with them directly and were able to get the products we ordered. They were better than we could have imagined. We have now ordered three times and are working with a different supplier on a different product.

Service was excellent, Suppliers followed up to ensure everything was in order, any questions was resolved quickly and efficiently Highly reccommended.

I had two purchases from Made in China, Both were excellent. They were very patient with me and they helped greatly.

I like Made in China's service. I always try to contact them directly via their email for two reasons:
It's more direct.
I don't want to have to check emails from different platforms every day; it's easier to check all emails on a single platform.
