The WORST online shopping experience I have ever had.

I will never order from Macorner again. I ordered a picture that was supposed to arrive by a specific date and it didn't. Trying to contact anyone for help was impossible. There is no phone number, no customer support — the only option is emailing them and when you do they give you generic useless responses that don't address anything.

To make matters worse, the picture was supposed to come with a frame and the frame was cheap, flimsy, and literally broke the second I took it out of the package. Now I have to go spend more money to replace something that should have been decent quality in the first place.

This company clearly does not care about customer service or product quality. If you enjoy wasting your money, dealing with nonexistent support, and receiving low-quality products then go ahead and order from them.

Otherwise, save yourself the headache and buy from literally anywhere else.

Re: A shipment from order MA#*******, I ordered 4 ornaments and 4 gift boxes but was only sent an envelope containing the ornaments. Have reached out several times to c which i'm told the shipment is still in transit although I have continously sent pictures of the envelope with tracking number visible to show receipt and c thatcthe gift boxes could not possibly been included in that envelope. Have not received the gift boxes to date or a refund for the items not shipped. Don't waste your money on gift boxes as I did. They stole my money for that product.

Habe zwei "Artwork"-Fotos bestellt. Dabei werden Fotos in Richtung Karikatur verändert. Mein Ergebnis war, dass das "Artwork" uns 3x so alt mit Falten wie 100-jährige Menschen darstellt. Das sieht aus wie ne Freakshow.
Absolute Katastrophe, da es als Geschenk geplant war.
Uns wurde dann ein 20% Rabatt angeboten. Habe ich nicht genommen und die "Bilder" entsorgt.

Ordered one custom product. Ended up charging me for two gift boxes and another item. Said I ordered who orders gift boxes for something they got for themselves. And other item said you did not customize so we did for you. Horrible order scam and service.

Tracking says shipped from China on may 1, it is now may 30 and the updates from the tracking site (which I read from a few sources to be a scam) still says the exact same thing. Even if it's shipped from the farthest corners of the earth it would not circulate for a month. When I reach out they just tell me the same. To wait.

I've been waiting for months for my order and they keep reply with a DHL number that has not changed for months! A TOTAL SCAM! And what the a$$hole do is wait over a month, and then you can't get your money back via teh credit card company! TOTAL RIPOFF and should be banned!

I ordered a gift from Macorner and received an email saying it was delivered to my mailbox. My mailbox can only be opened by key by my husband or me. The item was NOT delivered, yet Macorner has not apologized or offered a refund. I am FURIOUS.I have now exchanged three emails with their "customer service" and made ZERO progress in fixing this.

Do not buy anything from them! Fake advertisement for Valentines Day gift! Ordered on January 24, took them 12days to sent a package, which arrived 5 days after Valentines. Refused to refund money. Scammers and liars!

Macorner Scammed me. I placed an order for a Valentine's Day gift on January 24,2025. After I placed my order a week later I went back to the Macorner.com website to check the status because I didn't see any email notifications about my order. I could not find my order on the website so I sent them an email. A few days later I began to see email traffic and a response to my inquiry. It's been 18 days and they still have not shipped my order from China. Valentine's Day is in 3 days. So much for me shopping early. What a waste.

Took three weeks to get it. Looks like cheap stickers on a glass and it got scratched when I was giving to my husband. Can tell they're not going to last long. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a pillow as a gift the 7th of December and as of today December 30th I still have not received it. I do not feel as I have recourse to get my money back and am feeling quite ripped off.

Don't order from here. It takes forever to get your order. Like $18 for a 3.5 in christmas ornament not worth it. Quality inadequate. Will never buy from here again.

I ordered an $85 blanket after my daughter lost a pet. One of the pictures were off centered and the company refused to replace the blanket without me paying another $35.

They advertise acrylic Christmas tree ornaments with names you select and LED lights. The lights pictured on the tree are regular lights. This leads you to believe when they say LED lights that the lights on the tree light up. They don't.
I would have never paid $26+ for a 3-inch acrylic ornament.
I emailed them and they said:
Upon review, I can see the product that you received is not far different from the description.
In this case, we really appreciate if you sympathetically acknowledge that we mention "Led Lights" in the phrase Christmas Tree With Family Names And Led Lights - Personalized Acrylic Ornament as the tiny led lights decoration on the Xmas tree made in acrylic plastic.

I don't recommend.

I ordered in early August and should have received my order on Aug. 28th. 3 weeks later I contacted them to see where my order was. They said they had sent it to an old address of mine, they stated that's what I input in the order form, however, I had taken a screenshot when I placed the order and clearly the address was correct. Then they said for more money they could reship it?! Of course, more money for something I haven't received for an error that wasn't mine. This is purposefully done.
I sent them my screenshot and asked for a refund, they said I don't qualify due to the incorrect address. I've read several times of them doing this now, it's what they do to keep your money and give you nothing.
They are clearly a SCAM.

I ordered a belt 3 weeks ago and still no email on confirmation of when it will arrive. If I'd know it was going to be close to a month on shipping I would have never ordered. If I even receive the product

This company is deceptive, shows on their website they are located in CA, USA but they are actually in China. Their site before ordering tells you the item delivery date being apprx 2 weeks until your order ships then it changes to a month or more before you get it. They also say you have 2 days to cancel but you have no idea you are being deceived until they "ship" the item and it shows coming from China, then its too late to cancel. Now OVER a month later I still have not received my order! Don't order with this scam China company.

UPDATE: The company response is BS. They did send me a follow up email letting me know they won't refund my order because it was "custom". BS of a company, don't do business with them.

I purchased a customized blanket and it turned out to be the size of a doggy blanket. They wouldn't return my emails asking to reorder in time for Christmas (I offered to pay again for the reorder but again NO RESPONSE!)

I ordered 10 Christmas ornaments for family in memory of my parents who have passed. I mistakenly ordered 3 of the ornaments (duplicates) in a larger size. I sent 5-6 emails to see if customer service would work with me to reorder the ornaments at a discount or without shipping charges. There were significant delays in response and then finally received a response that they would not extend any courtesy discount despite their posted policy of replacing any item if customer is not fully satisfied. I reordered the replacement ornaments at full price and I am a dissatisfied customer!
