Product was as expected, but they totally mislead regarding shipping times, and my kids did not have their Mother's Day present to give on Mother's Day. I ordered on April 29th, and Mother's Day was May 11th. That seemed like plenty of time, and when placing the order, the site said delivery was expected by May 6th, so I went ahead and placed the order. On May 6th, USPS was still saying it was labeled on April 30th, but they didn't have the package. I emailed the company, and they said they would investigate and get back to me within 48 hours. On May 8th, I emailed again after not hearing back. This time I was informed this little tidbit:
"On April 30, our shipping partner picked up your package from our warehouse and that's the time when the shipping label was created. It takes some time for our shipping partner to bring your package to USPS's facility and get scanned into their system. This whole process might take from 7-10 business days depending on whether it's low or peak season. Please wait for a few more days and follow the order for more details. If it still has not been updated by May 11, please notify us for further assistance. " I'm not sure how they could state expected delivery date was May 6th if it can take 7-10 business days for the package to get to USPS! Obviously, they straight out lied. In the end, USPS didn't change status to "received package" until May 10th, the day before Mother's Day, and the package didn't arrive until May 14th, 3 days after Mother's Day. So even though during the order process they said it would arrive by May 6th, it took 15 days from Order date to delivery. After I emailed one more time, they offered me a 20% off coupon, which I will never use, because I will never order from them again.
