When you order you waited forever for the order to be shipped (out of stock, etc), when you advise to cancel the order they don't follow the instructions. Quality is terrible, material, very cheap. You pay for the return and them wait for 35 days to receive a refund which you dont receive. They come up with all sorts of excuses (system failures, etc) and feed you with tomorrows.
DONT ORDER WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Just received a dress from Luvyle for my wife and couldn't be happier. I ordered it online and it came on time. It was so beautifully packaged with a note from the shop welcoming me to the Luvyle. Not only is there customer service amazing, but also the dress is beautiful and good quality. I will 100% order from them again. The only downfall is the dress is 2 sizes too big but it is still very good for her.

Exceptionally happy with my request and furthermore needed to express how satisfied I was with looking for my better half through your shop, She is extremely content with dresses.
I wound up getting the bundle around 10 days after the fact. The dresses should be somewhat adjusted, which I expected since her hips are somewhat more extensive than the item estimations. In general, I am exceptionally satisfied with the fit and nature of the dresses, particularly considering their reasonable value point.

The clothes I bought were on trend,, good quality and were at least half the price of similar stuff from the high street. I bought the stuff on my mobile so it was so easy to pick and pay for my clothes. I'd always go to boohoo first as they have some really stylish clothes that I've not been able to find elsewhere.

I purchase my items in May of 2018 and was told that there would be a shipping date of 7 to 14 business days. I did not a Receive all of my items until July. The items were krapp and so I paid shipping cost to send them back. And this was after I was told by the company that it would cost me more to ship them back than it would for them to offer me a $30 credit so I could give to my friends. I had over a $130 worth of clothing and they wanted to give me a 30

I was looking for a service that provides a more guided approach. I had good fundamentals but just needed somebody to over see my mistakes and make corrections. Nem has fully assessed my situation and didn't charge me a regular fee but only an assessment fee not offered on website. Our 1 on 1 time was excellent and quite informative. I adore this reasonable valued pack of shirts. They're an extremely essential, usable design in fundamental solids. Mine came in black and white. However, what I especially love is the texture, a rayon spandex mix that is thin but shockingly substantial and that portrays itself flawlessly. I wish all attire decisions could be this basic and simple. I would totally recommend this.

Waited weeks for an item to arrive and had to chase. Told not in stock. Then asked for a refund which apparently takes 28 days, I am still waiting. Latest is they are having issues with their financial accounts system and have been unable to process these. Do not waste your money

Answer: The WORST scam EVER! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! The clothing that I received (after 2 months of waiting) where NOT the ones that they advertised. They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE! THIS IS A BIG SCAM SO BE CAREFUL! The clothing that you see in the photos is NOT what you actually get. The quality is the cheapest I have ever seen!
