I have tried several products online from different e-commerce platform. They all just seem to be the same. A friend Michelle told me about how pleased she was when she used Luvyle; I decided to give it a try and Luvyle just made my day. Not only did I get my products within a week but they are also of awesome quality. Thank you Luvyle.
Do not order from this company. I ordered 2 tops. After 2 months of not recieving the order, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. They used 4 excuses over the period of another month and 4 emails. Eventually they said they would refund the money but would take three weeks. I am still waiting on a refund. They are based in Asia. The english is not good at all and they are now saying they are not obliged to give me refund. £50 lost

Products from luvyle.com are really great. I ordered few products from the website, although they took 3 months to reach my location but the wait was worth of it. Products were y really great. After ordering from the website, I almost forget about my orders but when they reached my location I was glad to see quality and generic products. I would recommend this website to everyone but after ordering you would have to wait for few months to get the products in your hand.

I ordered some 10 dresses almost 2 months ago and have still not received them. The tracking information is "lost" and their response to my queries is non-sensical - obviously not written by someone that understands English. I can only deduce that it is a scam since I have received no refund nor the product that I purchased.

Order took two months... items are so unbelievable that I'm gobsmacked! Extra large wouldn't fit a child and the quality is absolute rubbish... am not bothering to return as will cost £18 to return & know I will not receive a refund so am not wasting any more money... have thrown items in the bin. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the £33 worth of clothes, emailed them to chance and was told I would receive them "soon". They sent me a tracking email but the tracking address has no parcel registered to it.

I ordered three dresses from luvyle 5 months ago and one month later no sign of the dresses. I got in touch and was told the dresses were out of stock. I asked for a refund and they told me it would take 4 weeks to process a refund. It was never refunded and I have emaied them over 15 times over the last three months and every time they say a few more days. They steal your money. Do not buy from them.

Unacceptable experience. This company should be stopped from trading. I ordered a top and I received something completely different. Really poor quality, nothing like the online pictures and a totally different style to what I had ordered. It was clearly a mistake from their side, but Luvyle refuses to issue a refund. They offered a voucher for a third of the amount to be spent on their items, which I am clearly not interested in given the experience.
I am reluctant to return the top back to China as it costs £12.95 which they have not confirmed they will refund. I have zero confidence they will. They have now stopped replying to my emails. This is pure robbery.

Luvyle was such an amazing website to order from. The prices are cheap, but they still gave me a multitude of discounts and offers to choose from. I ordered 3 dresses for my girlfriend on here about 2 weeks ago and they came a week later! The delivery was so fast and me and my girlfriend were in shock. When she tried on the dresses, my girlfriend had no complaints, she absolutely loved the dresses i bought her. The material was smooth and good quality and it fit her perfectly. I should have know that the price was too good to be true! The tops took almost 3 months to arrive, they were tiny, cheap, see through, and the top that 'looks' like embroidery is just stamped on. So ugly that they went right into the garbage rather than deal with a return. I wouldn't even give this company one star.

The positive reviews on here are FAKE. Company is overseas and it's completely obvious it's their employees faking positive reviews to overshadow the truth!
Sept 9th. Purchased ONE shirt after seeing Facebook ad. Processing time to ship between 7 and 14 days? Seems excessive, but ok. Sept 27th, emailed asking what the hell is going on, I still have no shipping/ tracking info. They respond saying it'll be at LEAST 14 more days before it ships, it's still processing... from ASIA. I ask for refund immediately. SEPT 28 - email saying they've recieved my request for a refund, but it takes 15-20 days to process.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. These people are CROOKS. Filing fraud charges with PayPal today and sharing my experience with as many sites as possible!
