I ordered three dresses online that arrived on different and much delayed dates, only to attempt to stop the rest of the order after the first delivery with no avail.
The first dress was cheapest fabric... poor quality and nothing like the image. The second dress was sewn completely INSIDE OUT and from a grade 8 Home Ec sewing class. And the third was more than see through and had a Dollar store quality.
Absolute garbage, and when you contact them for a refund, there has never a reply back.
Save your money, and go to a reputable company.

Do not ever order from Luvyle. The clothes are complete garbage. The tan 'coat' I ordered looks like it was cut out with scissors from cheap, thin felt. And the sizes are so small. I'm a size 12 ordered XL and everything looks like a small. It smells. Terrible! Please don't waste your money.

Just got my three order on time. Awesome communication with them. Product quality is good. Got the colour I wanted. The most I liked was the website interface. Total Scam.
They don't send you anything, and if you HAPPEN to receive a shipment from them in the mail it is something totally different.
If you order a dress from them, you should probably expect to receive a swimming suit. Literally.
If you send an email you may hear back a month later, in broken english that makes no sense, telling you to "please be patient" and "don't worry". As if you shouldn't be worried about what just happened to your money.

First of all my order took months to receive. Once I received, I realized that none of the items were the items that I had ordered from the picture that represent the items on line. All items were factory/machine made, stitched and made in the cheapest, lowest quality material. I immediately contacted them, and asked for a return. The initial response was of course a run around about their 30 day policy. Items were received way beyond 30 days. I went back and forth with them, each time they asked for something else to process the return. They even asked me to take photos of the items to prove that what I ordered was defective and a misrepresentation of what I thought I would receive. Fast forward, a hole in my pocket. Maybe 40 emails. And many emails with a religious undertone. First they didn't receive the return, then they couldn't find it, then their system went down and couldn't process the return. They are trained to just to tell you one thing or another until you eventually give up. They have been telling me that they will be giving me an emergency refund for months. And they continue to ask me if I can wait 12 more days! I lost 200- on this. They are liars, crooks and somehow this has to stop. All of the positive reviews from on here are also lies..
