Just received my forst order from Luvyle. And I am in love! The dress is stunning and the quality is perfect. The size chart was bang on! I ordered and I had my package a week later. Will for sure come back again and again.
I am a busy most of the time and whenever my wife wants to go shopping, we buy from luvyle. It is always a great experience shopping from them. Great quality products especially the dresses, they are well priced and sometimes come with even better offers. I have also recommended this to my sister for this Christmas. The clothes of this brand have an incredible quality. As they have such low prices, it would not be strange to think that the clothes are of low quality. However, each garment surprised me greatly. For example, I bought a shirt that is 100% cotton, it is so soft that I never want to take it off.

It's all a scam. They wont ship you your items bought, they wont refund money and you can't call anyone to talk to a person. It's all over email. ITS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I lost $60.00 to these asses.

I usually like shopping online for new varieties and therefore found this new site Luvyle. I was thinking of purchasing a fur coat and that's how I landed on leopard print coat. Luckily, got it on discount... so its worth it! Otherwise, a bit expensive. So its better to wait for discounts! The quality is sooo good & nice furry touch & cozy!

Dreadful company. Ordered in August still waiting for goods in November. Asked for refund via email twice no reply back as yet. Do not order off this company! I don't think they exist, it's a scam

From start to finish a terrible experience. Only two of three items arrived. Those that arrived were shocking. Tried to return but you had to pay tracked to America which was one third of the price of the garments. Once returned they wouldnt refund the balance. In end had to enlist my bank to get the refund.

After dealing with LUVYLE for a week and still no response. Canceled and they still took the funds from my credit card and are now telling me it could take 35 days to receive it back. They also sent me an email stating the refund and return dept was down and it could take even longer. They will not be returning the money. I am now working with my credit card company. Visa did recommend shutting down the account used to purchase from LUVYLE as they could cause further problems with credit card fraud.

After making my first order with LUVYLE on 10/31/2018 I waited for an email confirmation. After 10 minutes I decided to just email the customer service and let them know to just cancel my order. 30 min I still had no response so I went on line and found hundreds and hundreds of horrible reviews on LUVYLE started to panic a little and was worried not only about loosing over a hundred US dollars but what the LUVYLE SCAM company might do with my credit card info. I was up until past midnight sending and re sending email to LUVYLE. The next morning I received an automated email stating my order was received. Again spent a whole morning sending emails to cancel my order and I received another email stating it was too late and they had taken my money from my visa. I would get my refund back within 10 to 15 days. Today 11/4 I received another email stating LUVYLE billing dept was down and I would have to wait another 25 days to receive my refund and that is with a canceled order.
Left messages and emails on order # ******* and still have not heard from them. Bought it on 10. 11. 18 and still no updates on being late

I received a toxic smelling jacket from Luvyle. It felt like weird fabric which was supposed to be wool. There was also a hole in the pocket of the jacket. This is the reply I received from Luvyle's customer service in China.

Really! You want me to fix the crappy jacket you sent me and then you also want me to pay for the return shipment? My money should have been refunded immediately. They asked me to send them photos which I did and this is the reply they sent me back. This is how the China based company works, they take amazing photos which show up on pop up ads, then the cost of shipping is about half the cost of the item, so not really worth standing in line at the post office to ship it back. SCAMMERS! I'm so mad I got suckered!

I'm really amazed by this shopping site! I was a skeptic at first because in the past I had some bad experience with shopping online. But not with this one! Customer service is great and they reply really fast on your questions if you have one. My first order was a beautiful, modern T-shirt which came on time, well packaged. And last but not least - their prices are really affordable. The real thing is seasonal sales. You can get premium women's clothes with 15,30 or even 40 % off! I recommend!

If you're prepared to threaten the company with reporting them to consumer authorities, the chances are you could get your money back. First I was told my product was still in the warehouse (after several months of waiting) due to high volume of orders and I said I no longer wanted the product as I'd waited too long and had since read reviews about the poor quality of their clothing - also I wasn't prepared to pay £12,99 for the refund. They offered me a voucher which obviously I declined as I'd heard about the quality. The first time they claimed they'd issued a refund, they hadn't and when I pursued it, they told me there had been a mix up and then after about three weeks I did eventually get my refund. NB I used lots of CAPITAL letters in my emails to them.

Don't be fooled by the generic response they send to complaints, It's all part of the scam, as are the fake positive reviews.
This is total robbery, they should be reported and shut down. They take your money before even dispatching the item and don't even send you a notification, I feel like such an idiot. I should have read the reviews before, £30 + postage down the drain. Think how many other thousands of consumers they must be robbing and how much money they are raking in. It's disgusting. I encourage everyone to report them to consumer organisations and seek legal action against them.
UPDATE I have now reported them to Action Fraud UK. I suggest other consumers do the same.
It's been 3 month i am waiting for the pay back of an item i didn't receive. Everytime they Said that they will process to the refund in 15 days, still nothing. They are theft. I want my pay back. I don't recommand this seller. All the clothes are ugly.

Do not order from this company. The clothing is very cheap and are not like the photos. I placed an order in July and it took over two weeks for some (I never received all of my items orders and paid for) to be delivered when I paid extra for two day delivery. I returned my item and I am still waiting for my refund. I continue to get the same excuse from Vicky, Blue, Calle and Rella; "Good day. Sorry for letting you wait.
I have made your refund in emergency status and told our financial manager that your refund has been reported for a long time and should be finished in first priority.
We guarantee that you will receive a refund in the near future. We will keep following this matter until your refund arrives. Would you mind waiting 12 days?
