I ordered a few tops 64 days ago, they couldn't send my order as they were out of stock. I am still waiting on a refund of £54.52

Terrible. I would give this company zero if I could. On 4/7/ 2018 at 19:26 BST I placed and paid for an order of 3 items which included payment for Express Shipping - 3 ~ 8 Business Days - 11.67. On 23/7/2018 The parcel containing TWO items arrived, 19 days after ordering and paying for express 3-8 business day delivery. UNACCEPTABLE. Also the quality of the dresses was very poor, both material and finish.
Today (11/9/18) 20 emails later, I am still waiting for my third item to be delivered. Customer service is non existent

I knew that the items were going to take long for shipping before I ordered, but I specifically measured and compared with their size chart and ordered accordingly. The items I received (over 3 weeks later) were not even close to matching the dimensions they leave on their site AND I did not receive all of the items I ordered, they forgot to ship one. When I reached out to customer service to get a refund and/or exchange, they tried to convince me to keep the items and when I finally made it clear that I did not want to keep clothing that I spent $100 for and did not fit OR have good quality. They then made me pay over $20 to ship back clothing that they made countless mistakes on. I have been asking for a refund for the clothings and for the return shipping and they refuse and continue to ask me to keep the items and "find use for them". This is the worst experience I have had with online shopping, this company is very irresponsible and has no respect for what they do or for their customers and their happiness. I STILL have not received my refund for the items I paid to ship back to them and it has been almost a month. I feel ripped off and that I have been scammed, they took $100 from me and made me pay to send the clothes back and never issued a refund.

Very bad website!
I ordered and they wait till I contact them to tell that there is something out of stock
I ask for a refund. 20 workind days and they forget and ask to wait again!
Aften 20 days, they tell me that' "there is something wrong with our financial account, we lost all the refund record and need to resubmit the refund request to our financial department"
And to wait again 10 days!

Stay far away from this... I was pleased with my items besides some of the sizing is WAY off... but I ordered 6 items and it literally took ALL summer... 3 months for me to get most of my items. After being lost and then all of my items were sent seperately and now it's the beginning of Sept. And I am still waiting on my 1 last item which is a swim suit. Not much help because we have already been on vacation and pool is closed. So I requested my $ back and NOTHING! STAY CLEAR OF THIS... Too many other sites that aren't ROBBERS!

They keep telling me they will process my refund but no money was sent back! They are robbers and they are stealing people's money.

Answer: The WORST scam EVER! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! The clothing that I received (after 2 months of waiting) where NOT the ones that they advertised. They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE!
