Please ignore any positive reviews they are clearly fake - very obvious! I ordered 2 items and was horrified when they arrived. Not fit to dress a doll in or make dusters from. Nothing like pictures, material or colours or sizes as sold. They are dropping to bits as you lift them out of packet! Complained to PayPal whose response has been shocking, they have not investigated at all and continue to take peoples money on behalf of these scammers despite the increasing reviews of people being ripped off. PayPal claim to protect buyers rights - what a joke! Chinese trader, does not advertise as such in fact quite the opposite- tries to portray as reputable international company which IT IS NOT. Avoid at all costs, I have lost my money and now stuck with items that are going straight in the bin. Total scam!
I ordered three items. After several months, I received only two. They insist the third item was delivered. It was not. The tracking numbers they send are worthless. I have never received the third item and they refuse to refund the cost of the third item. If you find you need to return, refund, or exchange an item, good luck with that. From the time you place the order, receive it, that's IF you receive it, and try to get your exchange, refund, etc., more than half a year will have passed. Lesson learned. NEVER again will I ever order from this company. And I will do what I can to discourage others as well... not only is their "customer service" a joke, but their size charts are completely off, and the quality of the items is pretty bad. I get it that for the price the items are not going to be Nordstrom's quality, but they could at least not leave raw edges and actually sew the hem. You are better off doing your online clothing purchases from established, well known companies with reasonable refund, exchange, and return policies. "Guaranteed satisfaction" for customers is the mainstay of honest, reliable companies. This is not one of them.

I placed an order in November for Christmas... they shipped it to an unknown address. The order was shipped back to China and confirmed receipt. It is mid April and I have not received a refund of over $200.00. I email them daily and get a run around every time or they send me emails meant for other people. Please beware of this company. Anyone who is putting good posts might be fake.

UPDATE: After posting this review Luvyle refunded my order. Then they asked me to delete my negative review. Apparently the only way to get your refund is to complain on here. Why would I take down the review? Potential customers need to be made aware of their practives. STANDING BY MY ONE-STAR REVIEW.

Don't be a fool and order from this company. The clothes are cheap they won't fit they will charge you high then when you ask to return you will find the postage is higher than the cost of the item! Be warned be safe don't buy from them

This company uses other retailers images and likely has a sweatshop trying to recreate from the image. I order two items. Took over 4 weeks to received and was delivered to the house next door and the owners are snowbirds so I didn't know it was there until well after the 15 days for return policy. Tried to cancel the order when the items didn't show the first week when I expected them. Couldn't get past the not a robot validation. Tried calling and sat on hold for 20 minutes twice only to be disconnected when it was my turn. Contacted my credit card to stop the payment and then suddenly the company sent an email apologising for the delay. They said once the item arrive the US from China they have no power over the delivery. They sent a tracking number that didn't work. But managed to show proof of delivery from DHL so I am out the $50 because I can no longer return the two item that are made from what I am sure are recycled rags. Colors are nothing like the image, fabric is simple gross, itch and pure crap. I wouldn't wash my car with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVYLE - they should be banned and sites should removed them from advertising. I tried to add pictures of the ad and what I received but they won't load.

I finally received some of my order, contacted Luvlyle for return info. Seven attempted emails later I received an email thanking me for my email but NO RETURN INFO. What a waste of my money & time
I placed an order with Luvlyle last week. I did not get a tracking or confirmation number from them however, they DID debit my credit card for the order. I have called 4 times & emailed twice with no response. I will NEVER order from them again.
DO NOT buy from this company.
Ordered a blouse after ads kept popping up on my screen. Paid for 7-10 standard shipping. After 2 weeks I had not received the order. I contacted the company following all their 'inquiry rules' to inquire on my order. No reply.
I waited 7 more days and contacted them again. Received the below boiler plate non-specific "we don't care" reply:

Next I sent a reply saying that if they did not provide me with a date since we are now going on one month, that I would report them to Paypal (this is very bad for a business as Paypal takes no prisoners). I now didn't even want the top. The Paypal threat got their attention and I was immediately given a refund.
Terrible company- probably shipping out of China.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered eight items, and some of them didn't even arrive and other ones were either defective or didn't fit. I've been trying to contact them for over a week about getting a refund, but they haven't responded at all to me. And on top of that, they say I have charges pending from an order I already I made. It took them 3 months to deliver my order, and when it arrived it was in NO WAY even similar to the advertisement picture. Their customer service is a joke, as you do not even get an email confirming your order (the only proof of purchase I had was my Paypal statement), you cannot even track your order.

Ordered garments on March 7th, 2019, and although the "Status" shows "payment success", my cart shows 0 items! Even worse is that the "date added" is 08/03/19!
When I tried to contact them the site didn't allow me to prove that I was not a robot and my voice message of March 29th was not responded to. The order ID number on THEIR paper work is supposedly incorrect.

Ok, add my name to the list of people being taken. I ordered over $200 of gifts for my wife and still waiting well past the delivery date. I'll keep trying to contact them, but they do make it difficult to contact "customer service" that doesn't seem to exist.
I have done as Jerry Y., another unhappy customer suggested, and contacted my credit card's fraud department and filed a complaint. And YES! Within 15 minutes they got all the info from me and said they would handle it from there. My account will be credited in three days!

Your bank account is low and No or Switched inferior product! Sounds like a scam, all the makings of a scam and it Looks like a scam. This statics chart should show some mild (MID) satisfactions. Not even a company it's a con show. They took $112.00 from me sent me 4 out of the 5 items I order. One top was not completed and it was a joke. Used my PayPal credit and they couldn't get my money back or wouldn't after filing a dispute claim. I shipped the items back and now I'm out money. This so called company needs to be $#*! down. Going to get ahold of BBB to see if they can help me get my money back. Horrible people dishonest con artist. Shame on you hope you get what's coming to you! Shut them down Please!

DONT BUY HERE! It's a criminal organisation. My item could not be delivered so they would give me back my money. I send 35 emails and every time they promised to refund ASAP. This was November. Now March... still nothing! Don't buy here!

I ordered 4 shirts from the company. Took 1 month to receive the 1st shirt. The quality was horrible, material cheap and sizing was sooooo off. It took another 3 weeks to receive the last 3 shirts. Same thing quality, material and size. I should have known better when I saw where the charge was from. I contacted the company and I had to send pictures of what I received. The questioned me if those were the exact items I received, really? They offered a $6 refund for me $70 order. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
