I really like the coats that are in this store, for several reasons. First they are very varied, the designs there are very beautiful. Second, because they are of an acceptable quality and third because the sale price is very consistent with the product.
Very well made and good quality fabric etc. Color was spot on the color on the website. Also arrived in 20 days. I'll go back and do some shopping here.

Scammers! I found a shirt on the lucky site that was really cute and I ordered it. I spent $25, and supposedly it was on sale, for something that I wouldn't pay five cents for. The quality was horrible! It did not look anything like the picture. I put it in the goodwill bag immediately.

I am a true medium in all clothes. I ordered mediums in a bib outfit and a romper. They were too small for me, too small for my daughter who wears a size 2 and they did not fit my 10 year old granddaughter. They offer me a refund of $15 for both items! Or I can send them back but it will cost me $30 to ship it over seas! They are aweful to do business with!
Why don't they state on their website to buy five sizes bigger? Do not do business with this company

Don't trust this company, the clothes are deceptive, poor quality fabric and not true to size. I placed an order with the Luvyle Company on January 30,2019, received the merchandise on February 14,2019 and returned the item to this company on February 18,2019, and they have failed to submit a refund. I have written multiple letters, and called to only receive constant promises. This order was held up as a result of the Chinese New-year, although, I wasn't informed prior to ordering. The item was returned due to poor quality and disproportionate size. This most recent correspondent was sent to them on May 14,2019.

Took over a month to arrive from china and instead of a 2x that i ordered the blouse was so small i could barely get it over my head. I had ordered it larger than usual expecting it to be a little smaller but it was barely a size 8 that my 11 year old wears. I think this is a scam company that sends whatever they want. Keep the money because it is too expensive to send back and then they offer 6 dollars to try and appease me. So they get to keep the other 17 dollars and thats the end of it. Do not buy from them. You will surely be disappointed in the service and product.

Ordered a t shirt in large (grey with black cat), I'm a UK size 12 and it's just big enough for my 5 year old niece! I've requested a return and refund but the cost of returning it makes it pointless. I'll never buy anything from here again and wouldn't recommend you do either.

Oh, how I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company! The order took over a month to arrive. The shoes and clothing were such poor quality that I didn't even bother taking both shoes out of the box! Then when I emailed to ask how I could return the order, I was given the run around. They even suggested I give the clothing and shoes away rather than pay the shipping cost to return the items! They tried every possible way to avoid telling me how to get my money back. I had to email them 5 times (I felt they were trying to avoid giving me the instructions so that the time allowed to return would pass). When they finally emailed me how to return the order, the instructions came with so many reasons why the return would NOT be accepted I was afraid to even pay the shipping to get my money back! No luck so far. I wish I could give them zero stars and warn all shoppers NOT to use this company. Shameful.

This store really has a lot of clothes very well made and above all with a lot of style. When I buy clothes in this store I am buying something totally different from what I usually buy in other clothing stores, I buy super beautiful clothes with a unique style. Something that I also like is the quality, the fabric with which they make these clothes is very durable and resistant. I love buying products like that, that are good, beautiful and durable.

I would give them a zero rating if that was possible. This is the absolutely worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had. The order took 2 months to arrive, and then only half of the order arrived. The items that did arrive were the poorest quality you can possibly get! The material looked like cotton or regular clothes material on their website but they were all made of this thin tent like material that is all see-through.
I emailed them prior to placing the order and they assured me everything is returnable but they lied. They won't let you return items and offers you $15.00 (even though my order was $400.00).
I cancelled the remaining items that never got shipped and they wanted to refund me only half of what I paid for those items! And it will take 2-4 weeks for my refund.
DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE! You will be scammed!

Shame on me for not checking the reviews first! My order took forever to receive and was horrified at what arrived! The material they use feels waterproof! My purchase through the website of this store came out very well, the whole process was very fast and comfortable. There were many dresses to choose from, all kinds of designs and all kinds of colors. I like light colors so I decided to buy a very beautiful cream dress. They sent me a low quality product (all cheap synthetic fabrics) and the designs where not the ones that I saw in their photos. I put the 4 cheap sweaters in the GARBAGE!
