Never, ever, ever order from this criminal enterprise! The only way they are getting 5-star reviews is to write them themselves. I was an idiot to not read up on them first, and have now paid the price. There were many many communications that I could share, but their worst was, when I realized I was being had (their clothes are absolute junk!), I clearly and plainly told them in writing to cancel the rest of my order. They spent days replying to me that I just needed to be patient, they were busy, they were overwhelmed because their product is so good. Blah, blah, blah. I kept insisting. Then they finally shipped the rest of my order--8 weeks after taking my money--and replied to my original demand for cancellation to say that they can't cancel an order that has been shipped. I will NOT rest until I have tried everything possible to get my money back and put them out of business. They are utterly horrific and flat-out criminals.

This company sucks

This company sucks. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not even received an email saying the order has been shipped. It's my first time ordering and it will definitely be my last. When you go to their website and try to email them to ask a question they give you one of those boxes with the weird shape letters that you have to copy to prove you're not a robot but every time I do that it says the code is not valid so you can't even send your email. I'm calling the bank on Monday to dispute my charge and get a credit for the amount of my purchase which was $85. Do not order from this website. It's a scam. There's no way to get a hold of them and you won't receive your merchandise. I gave them one star only because it doesn't allow you to give them zero.

This company is a massive con, basically they put images of nice clothing up on their site then send you absolute rubbish & I mean completely un-wearable tat! I received a supposed coat that looked nothing like images or description that also had the biggest tear all the way down the back, I messaged the company who offered less than half my money back they do this because it will cost you more to return the item then you paid for it so they know you will except offer & they still make money because the utter rubbish they send you probably cost 3p to make. Its a massive con, the market themselves as a 5 star company but their fake, look at the 5 star reviews for them on here, they look very suss!

Where is my stuff?

I have tried tracking my purchase. After five days the site still tells me they cannot identify the package. When I tried emailing I cannot get past the damn submission form. I keep getting a "captcha error." I'm glad I didn't spend much money because I don't think I'm ever going to see my purchase.

I have emailed with no response and when you call you only get a recording and no call back. I placed an order for 5 items.
About 3 weeks later I received 2 wrong items and the 3 other items were not even close to what their picture looked like (which is exactly what you hear from all of the other legit reviews of this company).
I spent several weeks going through their online return process without any response other than some automated emails that they likely send to everyone. I decided to call my credit card and see if there was anything they could do and within 10 minutes they got all the info from me and said they would handle it from there. A few weeks later I got a letter from my Visa card and they said they have credited my account. I don't know if the company responded to them or not but if everybody did this, Luvyle would either have to change their ways or the credit card companies would probably stop doing business with them.

Horrible

Items were nothing like what is shown online. Sewn crooked, run very small. I returned all items per their instructions. They refused to pay return shipping even after I sent them a copy of their ad which, stated free return shipping. I paid the shipping. It has been 3 months and they still have not credited my account. They promise that the money will be in my account every time I email them. Up to 43 emails at this point. They continue to lie and wish you a lovely day. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVYLE. I know, many of the items look great but, what you get is not what you see. You will be taking your chances and, they don't understand the concept of a return. I pay for the order before I get it. I decide to return order. I pay return shipping ( with proof that add stated they would pay but company refuses). They received return and won't give me my money back! I paid a bunch plus return costs and here I sit 43 emails later.

I was told that once items were received that a credit would be made and to date I am still getting the run around. All items were received, signed for as on December 2018, and today they still did not apply a credit. I would not recommend this company or ever use them again.

This company is a joke and they must use robots to send their customer service e-mails. An order that was supposed to take 3-8 days has not arrived yet and it's five weeks later. First, they replied that they were overwhelmed by too many orders, then, they changed their mind and said that they did not have the item in stock. Meanwhile, my poor mother, who had ordered the item and visited me for 5 weeks left the country. I asked them to send the item (when it's ready) directly to her in Europe. Nope, instead they ask for my patience and as "compensation" will treat my order as "Priority" once it's in stock. Guaranteed delivery 3-8 days... When I asked if I could have my purchase refunded they told me it would take 4-5 weeks to see the refund. I have no idea what kind of crap they will send when it's finally ready but I don't have high hopes.

I have always been a tad apprehensive about not only shopping online, but also buying clothes that looked higher in quality than their price would indicate. Thankfully, I was not disappointed in Luvyle. The 2 dresses I ordered fit perfectly and are made from quality fabric, they also wash well. The skirt was a little small (my fault, wishful thinking), overall - I am a happy customer.
