Like others have written here, I thought I was ordered a beautiful dress and that it would fit perfectly. Since EVERYTHING in my closet is a 6 or an 8, I thought I'd stay on the safe side and order an 8. I couldn't zipper it past my waist and from what I could zipper each side of my hips had a 'pucker' that you could fit a golf ball in. When I emailed *******@gmail.com (who didn't disclose their name - no surprise since it's a SCAM!) they made me email them pictures to 'prove' my case and then very conveniently (for them!) said that they will NOT refund my $174 purchase. Unfortunately (very!), they are in China and there is no recourse apparently. DO NOT ORDER FROM LUULA, you will be VERY SORRY.

Our dress was not what we specified and not likely to receive our $135 refund for sending back. Not finding ANY contact from the company to contact about it. Only a person in China who I paid with PayPal. Such a shady business, can't believe their allowed this site!

The dress arrived, before i knew it. Fabulous delivery. I knew there was detail in he dress, but to see it in person. It is beautiful. The train with the bows makes here look like a mini bride/princess. Thank you for such a beautiful dress for my niece.

Omg! Please save your money. This is a complete con. Like you all, i saw a beautiful dress in their website. Ordered it - gave them all my measurements (taken by a professional tailor) and received a piece of rubbish that you would find in a Chinese rural supermarket. I kid you not. I've attached photos. The material was that cheap nasty Lycra/polyester mix and it... well just take a look at the photos. The last photo is clearly the model dress which is what I ordered.
Trying to get refund now. I wad also chargeed 15 US dollars for shipping than what amarax actually charged. They will steel from you. It's shocking how bad. I wish I'd found this website before I ordered.

Complete Scam Artists!

Warning::: do NOT order from luula! I order d two dresses for my bridesmaids that look beautiful in the picture, but when I got the package it was two totally different dresses very poor quality. It's a quick way for them to make a buck. There is no way to contact them either I hope they get in trouble it's not right what they do.

Horrible to deal with

This company is so unprofessional. They didn't ship my dress originally ordered for three months. I custom ordered the size and they shipped it too small. Then they made me return the dress to get my money back. They're in China. It cost me $113.00 to ship the dress back and then they refused it at customs because they had to pay $77.00 in taxes. I haven't received my money back and the dress is stuck in Chinese customs. Terrible customer service. They should have refunded my money once the dress shipped too small just as good will. I will never order from them again and I've told everyone I know not to either!

I ordered a dress for my brothers wedding. I understood that it was going to be a replica but OMG cheap is not the word! The quality and finish looked nothing like the dress. They had used the original designers photo of the dress which I think is extremely misleading for the customer. The class bract I had was very quick to reply when I had questions about ordering my dress however now that I want a return it has gone surprisingly quiet! Buy cheap but twice as they say! Stay away! #i want a refund!

Ordered a product, £30. Item didnt arrive and when contacted told me post office had returned it damaged. Took them 30 days to get that response though. Im hoping I will get my refund through PayPal but I advise to steer clear!

The employees are amazing at keeping you updated on your purchase and are very kind and willing to answer all questions. They are not just interested in getting your money, they are wanting building a friendship with you. I would 100% reccomend this site to anyone who is looking for amazing quality and great service.

I ordered a dress from this website and when it arrived, it as almost comical how bad it looked. The dress does not look at all like the picture. When I reached out to let them know I was unhappy with the dress and wanted to return it for a refund, they have sent me on a 3 month goose chase to try to get my money back. They keep defending the dress saying it looks as pictured, and they will not let me return it. The dress I received is eligible for those memes where dresses show up looking terrible. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They use beautiful pictures and make very bad replicas.

Absolutely terrible company to work with and a completely nightmare. Ordered a custom-made dress for $129 and then have had a horrible time trying to contact the seller to get it returned and had to go through Luulla Support. Emails have been sent back and forth for over a week and now they are expecting me to pay the full shipping costs of a full length heavy dress internationally and I haven't heard why I can't receive a new one. Awful, awful, awful. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

Scam site
October 14, 2017

Ordered a dress for daughters homecoming event. On sep 25th they excepted my money and gave me a log in to help track the items shipping. Once logged in no tracking info no phone number nothing here it is the 14th of October the day after the event still no dress no tracking nothing. When asked for a refund they told me to dispute it with PayPal who I did not use for the purchase. The site is a scam they take no responsibility for there lame service and expect you to jump through hoops to get your money back. If you want to loose your hard earned money and want to be disappointed when your merchandise never shows up by all means use this site your guaranteed dissatisfaction.
