We ordered a dress for my daughter. We were afraid it would not arrive in time, so I attempted to cancel the order. We could not cancel so I went ahead and told them to process the dress. We have NEVER received a dress, we have never received a refund, we have never received any type of communication from this company. It has been a year at the end of Feb. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A MAJOR SCAM! They will take your $$ and never deliver the product.

I ordered an item on Oct. 12th and as of Dec. 5th have not received it. Attempted to communicate with seller 2x (Oct. 20th and 28th) and received no response. On Nov. 3rd I received an email stating the order would arrive in 2-3 weeks but had been shipped with no tracking. To date, still have not received. Read their return policies! According to their return/refund policy I appear ineligible for a refund because I did not request it within 30 days, and apparently should have done that... even though I have not received the item. Having been told on Nov. 3rd that the order would arrive in two-three weeks... and 30-days from my purchase date was Nov. 12th, I had no reason to think I'd need to request a refund as the item would arrive after the 12th. Total scam.

I purchased a really pretty but very simple dress on here, it was over $30 for shipping. I had a deadline, for a school dance and ordered around almost two months before. It came to a week before the dance and still, nothing. We tried calling, tried emailing but customer service was terrible, almost like there really wasn't anyone there. It never came and, we finally figured out how to get our Money back with the help of our bank. Do not order.

I bought a necklace and waited over a month for it to arrive before reaching out to the seller, who never responded, and ultimately to Luulla's help team. They told me I would have take the issue up with PayPal myself if I wanted a refund. I have been unable to do so, (PayPal doesn't have a record in my paypal account of the transaction, even though my debit card statement does) so am out of my money with no item. I will never be using this site again.

I purchased a pair of royal blue and yellow shoes to wear to a sorority function in 2020. I received an email advising the shoes were damaged. They sent me a message to replace the shoes with a pair of ugly shoes that looked nothing like the shoes I was originally ordering. I said no and to refund me my money. This happened back in November and to date January 8,2020 I have not received a refund. I wouldn't be surprised if they were adding their own positive reviews.

Okay, like may others, the dress I ordered came and it was about 4 sizes smaller than I ordered. I ordered a large and it had the dimensions listed and the size that came was 8" smaller. They refused to pay shipping back and therefore no refund. I reported them to econsumer.gov and the BBB. Horrible.
