Ordered a dress for my goddaughter sweet 16th birthday dress looks like it was made by a kid. Stitching was horrible no where near what I ordered not worth the money over $200 and additional unauthorized charges. Company states the dresses are made 95% a like from catalog which is false. Purchase at your own risk. I asked for my refund and they emailed me the refund policy which is bunch of BS. Please read and do you research from this website. I will upload pictures of what I order and what was received.

I bought an item and they told me my total then within a few hours my banks calls and says it's a different price then what it stated on the website so I stopped the charge from going through.

I placed an order in early January 2024 for a size 4 dress size, the company Pretty Wedding that sells on this site sent an email asking for my measurements then suggested a size 6. The money was taken out of my account, after 19 Days went by and my order was not shipped. I reached out to the company asking about the eta of my order with No response. After having to contact customer support Pretty Wedding responded with " a tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped " I didn't have much confidence in that email. Unfortunately I had paid with direct pay and not a credit card that I could have stopped payment on at that time! The dress showed up 25 days after my initial order and I was out of town for a long weekend. When I came home to try on the size 6 dress they sent ( not size 4 I ordered) the dress is too big. Since the company's return policy is to send back with in five days of receiving the order I no longer am eligible for return. This website and Pretty Wedding is a joke and unwilling to work with the customer. Poor communication poor service

Stylish dress made me a custom made dress for less than $200 and was super friendly and nice! Dress fit me perfectly and I will definitely be buying from them again!

This site is a rip off when I initially tried purchasing the dress my bank denied my card that should've been a sign instead, I called my bank so that I was able to make the purchase I was told that the purchase would be $188 instead I was charged $208 & I still haven't received the dress because it got returned, back to New Jersey due to insufficient address issues after I gave them my address numerous times because after entering it & finalizing my purchase my door # didn't appear for some reason I resent my address to assure they had it they confirmed with me & I still never received the dress whatever it was that they sent was returned & now they're asking me to send money to their local UPS office & telling me they'll refund me they're stating this is my local USPS when I am located in San Francisco, Ca, this was supposed to be my wedding dress I've asked for a full refund & was told I could not get one at this point. I'm about ready to sue them. This is utterly ridiculous, unprofessional, a waste of time & in my eyes a scam.

In my opinion, The app is pretty sketchy. I bought from this one lady; a Vintage Ball Gown dress for military ball that's coming up which is in Feb the 3rd. It was $150 and it's been 2 weeks that i bought the dress. I've seen reviews from that lady that she's bad at communication. Don't make the same mistake like me. This is just a waste.

I tried to order a $174 dress from this website. My bank card immediately halted the processing because luu technologies tried to charge over $1000 to my card. They should be shut down by authorities and not allowed to advertise on Pinterest.

THEY SAY FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA! YET I WAS CHARGED $9.50 NO PRODUCT YET! THERE IS NOT A PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THEM.

While the dress did take a little over a month to arrive, it was well worth the wait! It looks absolutely stunning and the material is light and comfortable. You can really tell that a lot of love and effort was put into making this dress.

We ordered a dress, didn't fit right, returned it within the 30 days. No refund. Legal proceedings started.

This is a SCAM app. The website is also a SCAM. We made a purchase of a prom dress. The payment was rejected through our bank because the website tried making an $864 purchase prior to our initial $206. Luckily, we have it set up through our bank to have large purchases pre-approved.

Seller is a total ripoff. First, the socks on the website have texture, ribs. The ones I received are flat and dull. Second, they are advertised as wool but they are synthetic. Third, I ordered them on 11/25/21 and just received them on 1/6/21. Fourth, shipping them back for a refund costs more than the refund amount. Fifth, the website crashes when I try to write a review. Stay away!

People don't waste your money these people keep your money And never send the product these people keep your money And they have you paid through PayPal because because they know that no one will paid with their credit card directly and through PayPal that could get over by keeping the money and the product So don't waste your money. There is many other places you could order from waterfront that are really good with very good products and a lot of these dresses you could still find them in Amazon And cheaper

I ordered the Perfect Pumpkin Hat pattern and when a download link didn't arrive I was concerned. Then I read all the reviews saying the site was just a scam.and was sort of upset. But the pattern arrived by email today so no scam…at least not for this hat pattern.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the cheap awful looking piece of clothing that shipped to me! Did not look like the quality of dress in photo and honestly the worst quality I've ever seen in a dress! The scam with this company sends you emails that states they have left you a message, but you cannot get into the link and it's a stall tactic …. They also make it impossible to return. You have to take like 15 steps to return which is part of the scam! My lesson learned to not order online you cannot trust where the shipments are truly shipping from! Although it was only 40.00 some US dollars stolen from me, it's wrong deceptive and they need to be shut down.

I am very concerned with the legitimacy of this site. I ordered a dress for my daughter's party close to a month ago and contacted the seller multiple times to ask to correct address zip code, as well as for information on arrival, with no response. This is very unprofessional and shows poor quality of service. After reading reviews I am worried about being robbed. Please think twice about ordering from this company.

High recommend this site for their cheap and affordable evening gowns. They are beautiful and worth the wait.
