I am now put off their company by an incident in January about a mask-exempt six year old disabled child who was kicked out of their Edmonton store, even though his parents were wearing masks and they had a doctor's letter for the child.

My girlfriend bought me this bath bomb for Christmas and the moment i smelled it I was absolutely in love. I'm not a huge fan of pink but it was so beautiful in the bath water and the rose petals were absolutely adorable. I would definitely buy this again.

Placed order 12/29. It is now 1/19 & nothing. Was told it was arriving 1/17-NOTHING. They have no clue. I will NEVER buy from their website again. It's been waiting for shipment for 3 weeks today. "They are sorry" these were gifts for a bday I had 2 weeks ago. I was bull$#*!ted that it will ship right out and then take 7-10 business day for arrival. It has been **TWENTY** business days and I still have nothing. But hey, they sure are sorry. Never again. Like NEVER. You're crazy if you order too. Unless you need for next Xmas.
