I received an e-gift card, so went into the store in Cerritos with my husband. I was excited, I was a first time shopper there, and it was a birthday gift from my brother. After telling the sales people this and shopping for almost an hour, I went to check out but they could not verify my gift card, and turned me away with nothing but an empty feeling. I also tried redeeming the card online, didn't work there either. Finally, I called the customer service number, and the same thing happened. My brother bought the card on the website with his credit card, this should not have occurred, and nobody seems to care.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LUSH AGAIN!
I ordered my products with the understanding that they would be delivered four days ago. I am told to expect the delivery in two more days but unsure as to why I should trust that statement given the numerous misleading things I have already been told. This seems more like false advertising now that I can see so many other people have had the exact same problem. Being honest about when customers can expect their orders should not be so difficult, or so misleading.
I'm very disappointed, disturbed, to read that Lush has decided to NOT provide a living wage to their employees, but will allocate these funds, instead, to other projects. SHAME on you Lush. DISGRACEFUL. I will NOT buy another Lush product until this corporate decision is reversed.
My last order arrived very badly packed. Just thrown in a box with peanuts. My order came to over $200 and with a few exceptions was all broken to dust. Customer service was prompt and very friendly. Sue immediately sent out replacements for everything damaged or broken. Received the replacement box yesterday day and it's worse. I respect their naked policy, but you simply cannot toss raw, unwrapped soaps in with crumbly bombs and packing peanuts and expect things to arrive in the condition shown on the site. As you can see, there is no way that I could give these to someone as a gift. The soaps arrived looking absolutely moldy gross. After over 20 years, I'm saying goodbye to Lush unless I happen to travel somewhere and see a physical store. The boxes were not damaged on the outside so they cannot blame FedEx for this. At this point, Lush is bordering on false advertising.
Hands down the worst shipping process ever! Almost been 2 weeks now and still no product! NO ETA and called Swift only to have conflicting answers! Products are great but Lush needs to keep up with modern times in regards to shipping!
I always buy all the bath goods for me and my wife here. I really love the quality of Lush products, the variety of choices and smells they offer. I especially love bath bombs, which are perfect for relaxing after a long day. They make my skin feel so soft and moisturized, and the scents are incredible. 5 out of 5!
I have been using Lush products for many years now and I have mixed feelings about them. Some of their products like bath bombs, bubble bars, facial scrubs, and solid shampoos are fantastic and have become staples in my routine. However, I have noticed that many of my favorite bath bombs and bubble bars have been discontinued, which is incredibly frustrating. Even more so, some of their products like shower gels are quite expensive, and it's important to keep an eye on the size of what you're getting.
Despite these issues, I am happy that they still make the Ocean Salt facial scrub and all three of the solid shampoos that I like. It's a relief to have some consistency in my routine. Unfortunately, only one of my favorite bath bombs is still available. Overall, I have a love-hate relationship with Lush products, and while I will continue to use the ones that I love, I wish they would bring back some of my favorites that have been discontinued.
I purchased Lush products once in the past and my 13 year old was extremely happy, as was I. The products were packed beautifully with a personal touch.
I'm not sure what has happened in the past three years, but the Bath bombs were packaged with little or no care so most of the characters on the bath bombs, which was Christmas gift set for my now 16 year old, were unrecognizable. Will not purchase again. Extremely disappointed. Wanted to love it

I used to really like lush products (particularly masks or bath bombs) but I will no longer order from them. I have a chronic illness that makes it extremely difficult to go to the stores, so I try to have the items shipped to me instead. Shipping times listed on their website are way incorrect - they list 2-8 business days, but you're more likely to get it much later. I live in a major city where delivery is typically not delayed. It's been 7 business days, and my most recent order just now left the warehouse. I just wish they were honest about shipping on their website - I would have made different purchasing choices.
I placed an order at the beginning of January. Called January 16 and was told by a Lush representative that the order had been sent out. It had not been sent out. It just shipped out of Canada on the 24 of January. At no point did anyone send an email or contact me that the order was delayed. In person purchases are recommended as I love these products but I will not be ordering online again. I do see that the website shows order delays now. But it did not say this when I ordered my products.
I am so disappointed in Lush's terrible, new rendition of our almost-cult-favorite scent, Grass.
I bought two bottles of Lush's Grass shower gel, thinking I'd share the smaller one with a friend. No way. There are no earthy, fresh cut grass notes now. What did they do...and why? I can't believe they ruined this much-anticipated comeback item.
I'm always going to keep buying from Lush. I love what they stand for. I love the ingredient lists. I love everything. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
I recently visited the Wellington Green location and was greeting by a SUPER employee by the name of Hunter. She was extremely knowledgeable with the various fragrances and helped me with a difficult task of finding that SPECIAL scent. Thanks Hunter!

I ordered some bath bomb products on 2nd October for a christmas present when they were delivered they were left out in heavy rain for several hours, I returned from work to find them sitting in a sludgy puddle and the package was saturated so much so that the box disintegrated when I lifted it. The contents were also very wet and I placed them on kitchen roll and left them to dry out.The very next day I had to leave to go on holiday, I had sent both Lush and the couriers e mails to explain my order was ruined. When I returned from the holiday the bombs had dried out but the frgrance wasnt there I was gutted.Hayley from Lush customer services emailed me to ask for me to send photos of the damage which I couldnt do because I simply am not mobile phone friendly. I explained to her the state the products were in and she sent me a brand new order which arrived this morning that was next day delivery. I was completely blown away by her gesture. I have used internet for ordering goods for years and this is the 1st time anything like this has happened to me, so on this occasion Hayley made my day and a very big THANKYOU for that it is 100% appreciated. On November 13th 2022 around 4pm I had a terrible experience at the lush location inside the Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas Nevada. As a first time customer I was really excited to welcome this experience. However, I have decided to not shop at any of your stores anymore after this interaction.
I walked into this store with my friends and an employee greeted me. I had explained to them that this was my first time in Lush. I no idea of the layout of the store or how things operated. I took it upon myself to explore the store and look at some fresh face masks that were inside some bowls. I was lifting the spoon inside the bowl trying to get an idea of the mask texture. I brought the spoon to my nose to get a whif of the scent. When a different employee approached me explaining these are just for display and pointed at some testers behind me. I explained I didn't know, and decided to look at the testers she had pointed at.
After looking at the testers. I turned around and saw the employee that told me about the testers mocking me with another employee.I watched her as she copied the motions that I did while touching the display.
Seeing that made me uncomfortable and question how this company treats first time customers. I sorrowfully told my friends what had happend. As a result one of my friend's decided not to purchase the items in her hand. A sale of at least $50 dollars was lost because of this interaction.
I feel that your employees need to be more considerate with customers. Employees at the very least should wait for a customer to leave before talking bad about them
Lastly, If a display is not meant to be touched signs need to be present so customers are aware. Not all customers are comfortable with asking questions to employees.
I was using a pink- Santa Claus bath bomb and I did not realize it turned my blonde hair bright pink. So, if you don't want pink hair, would not recommend. But I have to give it to lush, their products are amazing. Their staff are the kindest, and overall just awesome.
I took some friends into lush for the first time and this very kind lady named zaida showed us around, let us try a bath bomb, and even gave us sample soap while keeping in mind our scent preferences.
