So far their product is the best one I found on the market. I'm allergic and usually, it is quite difficult to find smth that won't make my skin blush. But this product (especially bath bombs and soaps) is nothing bad to say.
I placed an order in lush usa they sent it to me incomplete and they never returned my money. Beware of this company. I put the case in paypalny they only want to refund 4.25 dollars and they were 28. Danger

I love the smell of their product. I met with them in Sweeden when it is was so cold and went inside their shop, I was trying to get warmer only but I loved to try their testers. The smells were amazing, the ingredients were natural, and the feeling of using hand creams made me feel great. As a person who does not go to a cafe to get warmer to not spend money, I ended up buying one of their product. I think we should support this ecological company more and more

I tried LUSH shampoos. The scent is incredibly pleasant, the hair is very soft and fresh. I like that the products are hand-made. I will definitely try the face masks and what else they have because I'm like a kid in a candy store :D

Every time I shop with lush whether in store or online. It's always a joy. The products smell amazing and are cruelty free and mostly all vegan too. The customer service when I need it is amazing and they always seem to go out of their way to be extra helpful.

I highly suggest their face products, while you may not get much they work great leaving your skin soft and moisturized. My favorite items that I buy there are Celestial (face lotion) and Ultrabland (face wash). The body wash/jelly/shower slime are fun and interesting but average, I haven't noticed them having any negative or noticeable changes to my skin.
The staff at the store are friendly, polite and very good at up selling. Lush doesn't really have any sales but the quality is consistently good and the website is easy to navigate, the email you immediately and ship pretty quickly. My first order had a little leakage nothing major or any real loss of product, the second one came sealed tightly so overall decent shipping.
Perfect products for all skin types. Quality is excellent and the quantity is great. Worth the money. The results are best and it makes my skin looks great and shiny. Recommended.
