I received the primer and foundation, they were very drying to my skin and were definitely not a good color match. I am unsure of how to go about returning them for a refund

Can't see what shade when ordering but they reached out and told me what it was and a free one time change if needed.

I was a little bit disappointed with the starter kit, it would be more beneficial to send a setting spray vs the remover. It's a little confusing being that it's an airbrush makeup yet you don't get guidance as to how to make it not look wet or be sticky and transfer after applying. And a powder kind of ruins the whole idea and makes it look cakey. I also wasn't super impressed by the coverage level and that there isn't a starter kit that has the full coverage option.

The makeup itself is awesome. Full coverage for sure. I feel like a lot of product is wasted though by spraying it on the brush and it goes all over the sink and your hand. But I like how light it feels on my face. I have not tried the spray on makeup remover yet or the setting powder. Shipping was about 2 weeks later than planned and the tracking was not very good.

Ordering was easy. Product arrived couple of days later then originally estimated but still within an acceptable time frame.

The color of the makeup is too light can I get a darker color?

I ordered a one time purchase a couple of weeks ago and my credit card was just charged twice for some kind of recurring order that I did not sign up for

I have super dry skin and this highlighted my dry flaky areas which was so disappointing. The coverage looked good in the areas that were not dry and flaky. I'm glad they have a try before you buy because I will need to send mine back unfortunately.

I had a very hard time ordering because the order I wanted would show up as something else. All I wanted was my foundation. I have the air brush. So when the box came I received an airbrush and I received a sample pack of three foundations. I also received a regular foundation but was not my color. Also a eyeshadow trio. The trio is something I was I was told to keep.
To get a person to talk to me was not happening. The live chat was the only way to get someone and it was not helping. I had to email and ask repeatedly for the mailing label. I still don't know if I got my refund. I love my airbrush and I like the makeup. But now im very hesitant to even order anything again.

Overall experience of being able to try before I buy is great, but there were no instructions provided in my order for anything I may want to return.

Loved that it was a great sale price. Love this make up cause it stays on well while I work outside!

The foundation was very sticky, airbrush only did spotted splashes I had to even it out with my fingers. I believed I called customer service to cancel my order, I was told that I received a link with a label, so that I can returned the product; yet I haven't received any link. What can I do next?
