Tried Luminess sample pack for the first time - makeup went on smoothly and looked surprisingly natural. Their color recommendation was spot on. I'm not used to wearing makeup, so I could feel it on my face, but it seemed to stay on all day and looked good until I washed my face. Used primer, makeup, and sealant. I have sensitive skin and Luminess did not irritate it. Not impressed with makeup eraser, though - not excited about putting butane and propane on my face, even from a cloth! It felt and smelled terrible - I'll stick with soap and water, thank you.
I canceled my order but I never received my money back.I canceled my order. Representative is very confusing when I called and had questions so I canceled my order. He was short with me because I was asking questions about the money's held in my account and I never received my refund. I really liked the foundation I ordered it in the past however when I had questions about my order they were very frustrated with me

I received a call and was told it was related to my order which seems to take a long time. I advised I was unsure of what I'd paid for the rep ( color match assistance?) gave me a number for cs and hung up. Confusing.

The color doesn't match since is more yellow, the spray is messy and don't stick well in the face. The primer smells so toxic and feels weird in the skin and the make up cleaner doesn't work

Great coverage that doesn't settle into your fine lines and wrinkles to cause a caked on look. Very smooth finish. It doesn't break my face out either and I have sensitive skin. I love it
I really like the primer for my usual foundation. I've tried several primers and this one is best for me, but the smell is terrible. It doesn't last long, though. The makeup is OK. It's fairly sheer, so I need to layer, but then some spots are heavy and some aren't.
I didn't choose the right color and just don't have the wear with all to keep trying more colors through the mail. The foundation seems nice but not quite enough coverage for me. I will be returning it.
