It's a little confusing, I have never worn makeup, so I'm not really sure what I needed. It was easy choosing my color, but accidentally ordered twice. Then, I ordered it again accidentally. I was able to speak to a representative and get it straightened out. Unfortunately, the orders had already shipped, so he canceled my subscription and credited my account. Now I have enough makeup to last me a year.
