I have only just started using Luminess, and I absolutely love the coverage that the foundation gives me. I also recently purchased the tinted moisturizer and love this on days when I don't want fuller coverage.

I called to cancel the day after due to multiple charges being charged to my card. I was told they were authorization charges to make sure the card was valid. They went ahead and cancelled the order. Weeks later, I noticed that there were charges that still went through. I reached out and was told they were already refunded. I had to go through my credit card company to dispute it. I don't know what the product is like but this was definitely enough to make me never think about trying them again.

Not a fan of the spray foundation. The Primer had an odd smell and the foundation was difficult to apply/spread without adding a large amount of product, which then felt too heavy.

Shopping was fairly easy. Delivery time was a bit longer than expected.
I love all of the products that come with the kit. However, I feel like my color is a little off. I was stuck between light medium and medium. I ended up ordering the light medium, but I wish I had chosen the medium instead. The light med is too light for my complexion. Other than that, everything else was great!
