My foundation was far lighter than what I ordered but that may have been my mistake. Followup call from Customer Service person was very friendly and offered alternatives.
Luminous has great customer service but they neglect to tell you when something is out of stock and they never send it after you paid for it. I'm still waiting for my skin polisher kit that I ordered on November 30. I'm really about to send everything back and just get my money back.

It was ok I think the shipping could of been faster. I guess I am just used to Amazon fast shipping.
Works well until you start to sweat, then it melts. Return policy makes it so you pay less to keep it,rather than pay to ship it back. Not a good experience.
