The color did not match and when applying product with brush, the brush would leave streaks. It was worse when trying to correct.

I placed my order. I was given a tracking number. I had to end up calling customer service because when I use the tracking number that showed it was still awaiting pick up by the carrier. I got three different delivery dates when the item finally got picked up by the carrier. Clearly, I can't say that once the item was picked up by the carrier why they kept changing the delivery date that I don't know, but for at least 10 days after the order was placed, it was showing it hadn't been picked up by the carrier.

I spoke to customer service as soon as I received my first order I wasn't agree with the price what I did I thought it was canceled and today I received another order and they charged me $75 to my credit card. The emails are always wrong. You can never get customer service on the line and I'm trying to dispute horrible customer service.
