Eh not the experience I was expecting. It was easy to talk to customer service though but product is okay.
I have several issues first the concealer is very white for me and it makes me look very sick. I've had so many people come up to me and asked me if I was ill when I use this product. Second of all the product that you have to take my makeup off it smells like horrible chemicals. I need to return them. And then thirdly the oil for the primer is so oily that's causing my forehead to breakdown.
Was charged over $53.88 instead of the price shown ($6 for shipping only) Haven't even gotten the product and already been scammed. I will be contacting my bank to fight this charge if I can't cancel all together.
UPDATE: I am only coming back to add that I have gotten an additional 2 emails from this company asking that I update my review since they canceled and refunded my money. I still find it unethical that they would add junk hidden charges at the end of the order and then harass you for having the guts to stand up for their scam. Did Luminess refund my money after I called? Yes, they did. But I should have never had to; the cost should have been clear the entire time.

The first order the color was too orange. The second color was too light. It was also very powdery looking on my skin. I just don't think this product is for me.

The shopping experience was fine. However, I wasn't thrilled with the way the foundation looks on me. Either the shade isn't quite right or maybe I applied it to heavily.
I will be sending back very good products but this is not my Skin Match wrong concealer Match and loose powder is not a Match spary on foundation was alright but can not use other products

My experience was very easy, placed order to try before you buy, receive the product within a very reasonable amount of time and went to work. Not too pleased with my color match, a bit too light in color and in coverage. Hoping to try a new foundation color before my two week trail is up.

I ordered the try before you buy basic set but received several items I did not order, and was billed for them. I called to cancel as I was not happy with the product. Icalled and was told to keep the extra pieces at an additional cost. I didn't the products, have no use for them, but had to pay for them anyway just to get out of the program. Not a happy camper!
Ordering on line was quick and easy. Requesting a return was just as easy.
It made my skin look very ghostly white did not see a wow dramatic difference between that and no makeup at all

I would appreciate a telephone contact 24/7, due to my varying work schedule. I have been using Luminess for several months and am very pleased with the product. I do wish that seniors (I am 77) could get a discount. Thank you for the opportunity to communicate.
The foundation takes getting used to. It definitely feels different on my skin but looks good when first applied. The brushes do lose bristles which get stuck to your face and it can be complicated to remove them without messing up your look. The makeup doesn't wear all day, even with the sealant. It is okay. I do not plan to buy it again.

Horrible do not buy anything I placed a trial order that's all I received and have gotten over 500 robbbed. Out of my account and the make up is awful
